I thought they were pretty good. The materials they use are very good. There design plans are flexible. I am happy with the process. The service came with the house.

Like clock work. The experience was great. My wife and I have owned several homes over the years. I have had a custom home previously built. This was the best process and experience. So too, the follow up work done after moving in and at the one year warranty service was an positive experience unlike any before.

The Westminster floor plan we chose was the only floor plan we found, among several builders, in which we made few changes. Paul Mitford made the experience pleasant. His constant refrain and question was "is this what you want, and are you happy?" Paul was quick to inform us of issues and to help guide us to solutions. He responded quickly with a return phone call, email or text message to every question or concern that ever arose. He was flexible on prices and did not hesitate to assume financial responsibility for issues that arose. He worked constantly with both of us in the entire process. Other than the granite installation, we went with everyone of the contractors Paul Mitford recommended to us because we had prior expereince with them or we checked them out with Angie's List and BBB and could therefore readily accept his recommendation. Paul and his wife Wendy run a financially stable and strong company. We made sure of this because we made our decision to build because of the home buyer's tax credit and during the period that other builders were failing and their failure wer local news stories. Home buyers should understand that Paul Mitford chooses his sub-contractors and orders all materials and pays for all materials himself. This protects the buyer from sub-congtractors who fail to pay their workers or suppliers. Paul Mitford rated quite high in a recent report by IBJ. I hope this review gets Paul Mitford more business because home buyers can know that they will get a completed home that is wonderful, constructed well, and finished in every phase by fine work crews. Paul only needs to work on advertising to get the word out as to the quality and the price of his product. Again, my wife and I hope our review does some small part in helping that good reputation.

They have been very reliable and always seem to do a good job.
