Gutter Covers of Indiana

We contacted several companies to get quotes for replacing our gutters. This company was the only one who really seemed to want our business. They were very friendly, answered all of our questions and had the lowest quote for the job by a fair margin. The job was delayed due to snow but the crew was still willing to install the gutters in 20 degree weather. The crew was friendly and didn't mind me being nosy during the installation. It took about 4 hours to complete which seemed impressive for the size of the job. The new gutters look great and appear to have been installed properly. There were a few pieces of scrap that had been overlooked but nothing significant, especially considering the temperature outside.

They were very efficient. It is very nice not to clean my gutters myself. I would use this company again.

They did a good job. My husband dealt with them more than I did. We wanted to get it done during the holidays but the weather didn't permit them to do the work promptly. They cleaned up after themselves. The people that they sent out were really very good to work with. We got them from the Angie's List and I have to add good recommendation on them. They came and did the first part of the work but the weather was so bad that it took them a week to get back. They were in touch with us in the mean time so that we weren't left wondering. They finished the work in the first week of December. We didn't opt for the most expensive products and we thought it was a bit pricey although we weren't looking for things that would last for twenty years. We opted for the other price level because of their high cost. I would grade them high on punctuality on the basis that they were scheduled to work. They actually finished the work on a Saturday because the weather was good and we were very impressed by them.

We talked to another company as well and Gutter Covers were less expensive and had better product. They came and gave us a written quote and were professional. They were very responsive and I would use again if need be.

Hired to replace gutters and add covers. They were not the cheapest and by far not the most expensive. I liked them because they offered several products at several price points allowing me to select what I felt I could afford and would fit my needs. Crew showed up as scheduled and did the work quickly. Clean up on the first day wasn't perfect, but I was the second job of the day and it was really hot and humid so I'll cut the guys a break. Had one small problem which was handled immediately and satisfactorily. Really, no complaints. One other thing I really liked about this company: They asked for no money up front as many home improvement companies do and billed me after the work was completed.

They did do a discount for Angies List member and also would give me an additional discount if decided then and there to go forward. As I had already done my research, I was ready to proceed and got both discounts. I get a lot of leaves on my roof and usually would get on the roof with a leaf blower to clear the valleys. So far, no leaves are collecting on my roof. I am very pleased. The use of the two products also works well- I feel like I have the best of both worlds. They installed while I was not home and did it in less than a day. Very prompt.

Gerry Murray arrived on time, was well prepared, didn't try to oversell and assisted me throughout the scheduling and installation process. We were coordinating the installation with our painter who had to repair/paint behind the gutters. Gutter Covers split the work into two parts to support our painter's needs. Because of this they had to be 'on call' for the final installation which they did within a few days (on a holiday weekend at no additional cost). The installation was high quality. There were two minor issues and their service department repaired them within 1 day of my call.
