Description of Work: Last year this company cleaned and stained, and waterproofed the deck. It had been so long since I had applied anything to the deck, it just drank it in. This year I had them return to add another application. They do a great job. The amount listed was for this year's application.

Description of Work: We called Shawn on a Thursday to see if he could remove wallpaper in our entry and hallway so insurance contractors could paint same on the following Monday . Shawn was here with a crew member the very next day and the entire job was completed to our satisfaction that same day. This was the second time we have called Shawn. The first time was to paint the interior of our last home.

+ -1 moreThe workers were quick, efficient and did a good job. The rooms look great and the resurfacing job was really good.
Description of Work: Our house is over 100 years old and wallpaper was applied directly to the plaster when it was built. So the wall finish did not have to be very smooth or dent free. Over the years, people simply painted over the wallpaper and wallpapered over the wallpaper. My son and I removed the layers of paint and paper from a bedroom, the very last room in the house that hadn't been stripped. The Whitlock workers came in and smoothed the walls and ceiling, then painted them. They did this room and another bedroom in a couple of days while ducking the remodelers working on the upstairs bathroom.

+ 0 moreI WAS REALLY SATISFIED BY THE WAY THINGS TURNED OUT. THEY PREPPED EVERYTHING WITHOUT HAVING TO EXPLAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE THEM DO ANY FIX-UPS SINCE THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY PAINTED OUR ADDITION INSIDE AND OUT, OUR REMODELED KITCHEN, A FRONT ENTRY WAY AND HALLWAY GOING UPSTAIRS.
