 + -1 moreFOR A SERVICE-BASED INDUSTRY, THE VILLA INN LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. WHEN I PRESENTED WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION (SEVERAL SEEPING FOOT BLISTERS) THAT WOULD HAVE MADE THE PEDICURE EXTREMELY PAINFUL, THEY ENACTED THE 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUSED TO MAKE ADEQUATE COMPENSATION (RAINCHECK OR SIMILARLY PRICED SERVICE NOT INVOLVING THE FEET - I WAS OFFERED A MANICURE WHICH IS LESS EXPENSIVE AND NOT A SERVICE THAT I REGULARLY RECEIVE). CALLS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WERE MET WITH RUDENESS AND AN UNRELENTING APPLICATION OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND WE HAVE SPENT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR SERVICES IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS. THE EXPERIENCE WAS ATROCIOUS AND WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THE VILLA INN'S SERVICE PHILOSOPHY IS ABSOLUTELY SUBSTANDARD.
Description of Work: PEDICURE AND MASSAGE. THE MASSAGE WAS PERFORMED TO A SATISFACORY LEVEL, BUT THE PEDICURE WAS NOT PERFORMED DUE TO THE CLIENT'S MEDICAL CONDITION. THE SERVICE FOR A REGULAR CUSTOMER (A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF DOLLARS IN SERMVICES OVER THE LAST 18 MONTHS) WAS NONEXISTENT. NO ADEQUATE COMPENSATION WAS MADE FOR THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.

 + -1 moreTHEY DOUBLE CHARGED US FOR A GIFT CERTIFICATE WE TRIED TO USE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICES TO ANY ONE. AS A CONSUMER, I WOULD USE THEM AS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF ''BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.''

 + -1 moreNONE OF US FELT LIKE THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CHANGED THE QUOTED PRICE ON US WHEN WE CALLED TO MAKE A RESERVATION, NOT VERY NICE PEOPLE, AND WOULDN'T HONOR A COUPON WE HAD FOR FREE DESERTS AT DINNER. WE WERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO POP OUT AND TELL US THAT WE WERE ON CANDID CAMERA.
Description of Work: I WENT WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS FOR A DAY AT THE SPA.
