Description of Work: the foundation was failing in one area of the house. The floor in one area was off by 3 1/2 inches. Mark and his team dug out the wall, stabalized it, poured footers, and raised the house by over three inches. the floors are not perfect, but it is MUCH better and the house is stable. It is an old home and it needed a team that knew what they were doing. Mark and his team were always on time and polite. Mark is responsive and takes pride in his work. He also is very patient with his clients. I interviewed 4 companies and he by far had the best solution.

Description of Work: We had our shower in the bathroom completely remodelled. Our shower in right above kitchen, it leaked several times in the past. We wanted a permanent fix, vikrey remodel promised it will not leak again. We placed a new kitchen ceiling with new lights in it. We added insulation in the kitchen attic and main attic. We put a new roof on our front porch and also did lot beam repair. Front porch ceiling was also repaired. I thaught they are little expensive, but I do not know what to compare with. But for sure they were professional, looks like they did very good job. They were all very nice and approachable. I recommend getting quotes from 3 people before getting anykind of work. I would highly recommend them. They do very good work.

Description of Work: I called them a spoke to a woman and left a message. Two days later I was called but was not home so he left a message to call on his cell phone. I called him back and let him know when I would be home but never received another call.

 + -1 moreMARK'S CREW WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND LEFT ABOUT THE SAME TIME THAT I CAME HOME EVERY DAY. THEY DIDN'T SMOKE AND CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. IF ANY PROBLEMS WOULD ARISE (KITCHEN SINK WAS IRREG) MARK WOULD CALL ME AT WORK AND LET ME KNOW.
Description of Work: PANTRY REMODELED AND REPLACED WITH CABINETS. ISLAND EXTENSION ADDED WITH CABINETS ON ONE SIDE AND THE OTHER SIDE FOR CABINET HEIGHT CHAIRS. DRYWALL COMPLETED WITH TRIM WORK. TILE TO KITCHEN FLOOR. DOWNSTAIRS HALF BATH AND ENTRY WAY IN FRONT AND BACK.

 + -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL. MARK WANTED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS WE WANTED IT. HE ALSO FOUND A PROBLEM OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF HIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND HE FIXED THAT AS WELL. VERY POLITE AND TIMELY. ALWAYS RETURNED PHONE CALLS. CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER PROJECT.
Description of Work: FINISHED OFF SOME ATTIC SPACE INTO A ROOM (BAR) AND HALF BATH. RAN ALL ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HEATING AND CEILING ETC. ALSO BUILT THE WET BAR IN THE ROOM.
