He looked at my vacuum while I waited and determined that it just had a clog and needed a new belt. He fixed it right away and charged me $5. He also explained that bagless vacuums aren't better than those with bags unless you dedicate a lot of time to cleaning them regularly (which I don't and I know most people don't). I will be going back to purchase a vacuum he recommends when mine finally gives out completely.

Although my vacuum had a number of issues, rendering it inoperable, the technician quickly resolved them ALL & charged me only for some shampoo that I also asked to purchase. What value! Wholeheartedly, I'd recommend this merchant! He invested the lion's share of the time of my visit into simply training me on the proper use of my vacuum, regarding a number of specific uses. In a word: "WOW"!

They replaced the belt and fixed it while I waited. He showed me how the belt was stretched. He sold me extra belts. It was a great service.

The vacuum was left to be repaired and a few days later she picked it up. The employer carried the vacuum to and from the car both times. It is now back to working properly.

I really like them. They are really friendly. If it was a small thing they would fix it for free. It is a great business experience. They are great.

The were super amazing. They worked on it as soon I got to the store and did extras on the vacuum to make sure it ran great. They also showed me how to take better care of the vacuum. This was great service especially since I didn't purchase the vacuum through them. I wish I would have now as they are great to deal with.

I dropped it off and asked if service would be done on site an they said yes. However when I picked up I was told the vacuum had been transported to their Avon store for cleaning (small point). Nevertheless I got it back when I expected it and it is very clean! It is also a bit squeaky however it functions well. I had taken another beat up vacuum in to them the week before and they were pretty up front about the fact that not only was the base broken, but since there were no replacement parts being made, that they could not clean it in case something inside it also broke. I appreciate their being up front on that point. I am happy with their service and will use them for my annual vacuum maintenance from now on.

This place is first class. We own a cleaning company and had trouble finding a good vacuum cleaner. We purchased a new vacuum almost two years ago and use it everyday. We recently purchased a home vacuum cleaner. If you need professional advice you can't go wrong. We like to visit with the dogs to!!!

My wife spent some time investigating this with Ryan and I met her after work. Ryan went through all of the product info with me and explained how the product worked and how the bag system works compared to a cyclone type. We have a Siberian Husky who sheds by the second and Ryan assured us that we will have better suction power and more efficient cleaning with the bagged Riccar vacuum. He sold us a floor unit with a 3 year free service plan and 12 free bags (year supply). Expect to get 15 years out of this product and will take it to "Vacuums & More" for all service over the life of the product.

My Meile vacuum stopped operating. I called the store and explained the problem and was told the motor had probably burned out. I took the vacuum in and it was a burned out motor. Ryan had the motor in stock and in twenty minutes I had my vacuum. There was no charge as the motor was under warranty. I did buy the vacuum at Vacuums and More and had it serviced once else where; I ended up taking it to Vacuums and More to clean up the previous service. It is a great store with a wonderful staff. I feel very confident shopping there.

I took our Ricar 300 in for a tune up because the suction no longer functioned as well as it had in the past. A day later, I received a call from the store informing me that a plastic piece had broken and been the cause of the issue. The rep that I spoke with informed me that this was common and the new fix was a replacement piece made of a more durable material (I believe metal). I agreed to have the work completed and picked up the vacum a few days later. I couldn't be happier as the vacum now works just as well as it did when it was first purchased over yeras ago. I highly recommed this store.

Brought vacuum in that was not working. The owner and another man opened it up, cleaned out the clogged hose and showed the filter that I needed to replace. Despite spending 10 minutes for me he did not charge me anything...did it for free! despite the fact that I wanted to pay him. Great guy.

The service was done in timely fashion and the vacuum looks and runs like new. They went above and beyond and I would definitely go there again. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the vacuum's transmission in the future which I very much appreciated. Randy let me try it out before leaving the store.

My Hoover Steamvac stopped working. I'd attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself, and cleaned/unclogged every spot I could. I took it in for a cleaning/repair. They diagnosed the problem on the spot, demonstrated how to fix the issue, then tested the machine. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and free. Highly recommend.

I picked up the vacuum today. I loved them. I thought they were so nice and so wonderful. They were prompt and informative. The price includes all the work and the labor as well.

Terry was very nice and explained everything to me and recommended another sweeper for me to get in the future. She and her son (it is family owned) were very thorough, patient, and did an excellent job of fixing it while I waited. They really exceeded my expectations.

I was having problems installing a sweeper belt. I took my sweeper to Best Vacuum in Carmel where I had purchased the sweeper and had it serviced. They refused to show me how to install the belt and wanted me to leave the sweeper for repairs and they would call me with an estimate. I then took my sweeper to Vacuums and More where they happily showed me how to install the belt and did not charge me. Needless to say, they will have my business from now on and I will recommend to my friends.

We recently moved to Hamilton County and needed to find a new Riccar dealer. Angie's List provided this dealer with excellent ratings and we were not disappointed! Great service, excellent prices, quick turnaround and great people! What more can you ask for!
