Description of Work: I had a vacuum that had an intermittent powering down problem. They worked really hard to find the cause. Instead of just selling me a part that it did not need, they serviced it and the problem stopped. When it started again, they again tried to find the cause but it would noat cooperate for them. Even thought they worked on it for a long time, they did not charge me. It did not do it again, when I got home. Intermittent problems are difficult. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I took my sweeper to the store for repair. Mr. Vernon Krick was ready and waiting to be of service. I described the problem and he promptly took my vacuum cleaner to the workbench located in the back room on the premises. He plugged it in and listened to the sound of the motor. He replaced the brush and a belt and in approx. 15 minutes time my vacuum was good as new! I paid $63.00, which beats the price of a new vacuum. While I was in the store he showed me some new vacuums that I might consider when it's time to replace my old one. I will be back when that time comes! Thank you for outstanding service and expert knowledge concerning vacuum cleaners. All in one 20 minute trip to Castleton!

Description of Work: TRI-STAR VACUUM CLEANER NEEDED HOSE, CORD REPLACED. I CALLED OTHER SHOPS FOR ESTIMATES AND THIS WAS THE LOWEST PRICE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN THE NEXT DAY. THE VACUUM WAS READY THE DAY AFTER CONSENT TO REPAIR GIVEN.
