It went well, however I wished that I had hired movers to get it done from start to finish.

The price was very reasonable. I was about 45 minutes late returning the truck, and they didn't charge me extra, which was fabulous. Everything was excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

They were good and professional. They got the job done.

I reserved a trailer, and it was ready at the time it was supposed to be (9:00 Sunday AM). It was clean, and in good repair. The lights worked fine. I had no trouble with the trailer. I returned it at 7:15 the next morning and someone was there - took two minutes to return. Every person there was polite, professional, and got right to me, without delay.

The employees service was stellar and the truck was very clean.

Chuck in the owner who very customer oriented. I had a problem with my wiring that caused my trailer lights not to work. Even though this was not his responsibility, he went a head and fixed this. It took him two additional hours to diagnose and fix the problem. He did not charge me a penny extra! I have never received such good service in my life. I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone

When I got to U-Haul to pick up the trailer they had a hard time getting the lights to work. They blamed the problem on my truck and not their trailers. They hooked me up to three different trailers and none of them worked. I went back home and got my electrical test unit and showed them that I had power and that it was their problem. After another 30 minutes they got a trailer fixed, and I was on the road.

I needed a place to store a lot of boxes of papers and Christmas stuff so I could paint. After checking around, U-Haul had a good price on a small unit and was close. The units are in a building with hallways, not a drive-up to a garage door. The delivery area is at the height of a moving truck. They have dollies of several sizes for free use. The hours are the same as the office hours. You approach through the office and leave your driver's license as a security measure. The manager is retired from the service and is responsible, dependable, and reliable.

Boy, I'm glad I bought a house and don't need to use U-Haul every few years for a new rental. The truck was fine, but the staff didn't book my rental as long as I'd asked, apparently, so the manager called me early one morning. "You have one of my trucks," he said. It was not a question. "Yes," I said. "Do you plan to return it?" No, fool, I plan to drive it off a cliff, ala Thelma and the much-maligned Louise. Of course I planned to return it, and I did return it. But his records were off from what I had asked for, so he assumed, wrongly, that I was negligent. I said, "I've got it for two more days. You'll charge me for those days. Do you need anything else?" Finally he backed off. The other staffers were fine, just incompetent, apparently. But the manager at the Keystone store was stubborn and rude.

The truck was given to me with a 3/4 full fuel tank. When I asked how I was suppose to re-fill it to 3/4 full, I received a blank response. I returned it after hours that night. I stopped at the gas station one block from U-Haul and filled it with four gallons of gasoline and checked the full gauge and it was just below the 3/4 mark. I knew U-Haul would charge me $30 plus $4 per gallon if not returned at the same level, but I figured that was close enough. I also attempted to call to leave a message that I accidentally broke one tail light, but there was no answering machine. When I called the next day, I was told the gas tank was only 5/8 full (Prince said he checked it in himself,) and that I had driven the truck over 200 miles with a total charge of $300! They later corrected that to 45 miles, but they still charged me $36 fee for not refilling the truck. I talked to the manager Chuck Short and he said he checked the truck in himself! I will never accept a truck non-full again!!

The process was very smooth and simple. I was given a truck with great air conditioning, which was important considering it was 100 degrees outside. They were helpful in letting me know where to refill the truck with Diesel fuel before returning it. It was a good price and a good experience. I would use them again.

POOR WITH PROFESSIONALISM. WHEN I CALLED I WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOREVER AND WHEN WE WENT TO THE SHOW ROOM AND THE PERSON THAT WAS HELPING US HAD SOMEONE TAKE OVER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCESS.

WAS CHARGED FOR DAMAGE THAT HE KNOWS DIDN'T HAPPEN.
