They came out the day after I called. They were able to accommodate a late afternoon appointment. The tech was friendly and got right to work. He identified the problem and had the necessary parts in the truck. He replaced the heating element in less than 15 minutes. I was surprised by how high the bill was. There was a service call, an additional $65 for labor and then the parts. I'm used to the service call being part of the first hours charge...but I didn't ask to clarify so I didn't complain about the extra fee. Good work, but expensive...

Very well. They gave the Angie's list $5 off so that the bill was actually only $34.

The workman was here on 12/29/07. He has not returned as of today, 2/7/08. We have called the company three times to check on the repair. Phone reps have said they would (a) check with the repairman; and (b) check if the part had been ordered; and would call us back. As of today we have had no response. We intend to refuse the repair if we ever hear from the company. On the plus side, they haven't billed us.

They knew immediately what was wrong with my dishwasher. I was very impressed. They were professional, friendly, courteous and went out of their way to repair my dishwasher. I didn't have to call them, they called me about this matter. I have used them before and I would use them again.

They were prompt, they came out and did what they needed to do, and the experience was good.

They service man are very courteous and helpful.

Their technician (Rob) showed up over an hour late. Only looked at our fridge. He didn't run any tests or take anything apart. He said he knew what the problem was. He said he would call me in a few hours with the price. He never called. So I called him and he said he forgot. He then said he would call in the morning. He did not. I called the company and told them to forget it. Rob called and asked me what the problem was. He told me he was sorry and would get it taken care of right away. He even let us borrow a small fridge. He & his boss called later and said the parts were no longer available. I called seller of fridge, they said they would replace the fridge. They changed their mind 7 days later and told me to call the mfg. Samsung sent another appl Repair man, He took the fridge apart and found the real problem. He also was able to find the other part Tuners said was unavailable. The fridge I was loaned never worked and Rob will not return my calls. I now have another broken fridg

I called the Saturday before Christmas and had a worker come to the house on the day after Christmas. Danny was pleasant and called to let me know he would be late but that he was on the way. He was late because his first call took longer than expected. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Danny also bypassed the faulty automatic turn-off on the washing machine, which I asked him to do. Both the dryer and the washer work great now.

I was not impressed with the person I spoke with in the office. The technician had to call with follow up questions and the model number. In the office they seemed hurried and did not ask for important things like the model number or pass on any of the other important info I told them.

Turner Appliance was prompt in returning my after hours message from 12/24/2007, and even called on a major holiday to schedule a service call. This was fantastic. On the service date, Kevin the technician arrived at the promised time, and I thought he corrected the problem. The company rates for the service did not seem unreasonable (this sort of thing is never cheap), and other than a wet sloppy mess in my utility room, the service call went as expected. I had some cleanup after Kevin left, and a little on 12/29/2007 when Ron came to my home to give a second look at my washer. On 12/29/2007 Ron was kind enough to call and explain why he might be a little later than the 8-9am window I was given (he had to pick up parts for his other calls that day, and store did not open until 9am), and I was ok with this. Like Kevin, Ron arrived on time and completed the job as promised, and I was not charged for a second service call. Despite a little cleanup afterward, I would use them again.

Repair staff showed at the originally scheduled time, but office staff that answered our service call did not inform the repair person with details on the problem. Needed part kit was not available due to several other recent repairs, so I had to reschedule for a later time after the parts could be retrieved. Repair staff arrived the next morning with the parts, and completed the repair in 10 minutes.

I've engage this company several times in the past for major appliance repairs, and have always been most pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and quality of work performed. This occasion was no exception. Their service technician was friendly and completed the work in 15-20 minutes. I do, however, continue to question what seems like an exorbitant cost of the replacement parts - $60.00 for two unknown make/model thermostats (upper and lower) that only carry a one-year warranty.

They are great! Their service is wonderful and their price is reasonable! Their repair men are very polite, come quickly, and are A+ in my thoughts! I trust them completely!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I used them and every time they have done a great job repairing my appliances when they break down.

Turner scheduled an appointment the day after Thanksgiving. They arrived promptly. They thoroughly inspected our washer and assured my wife that the noise she heard was normal and no repair was required. They were courteous and their service call charge was extremely reasonable.

Perfect, except, of course, for the bill, but, hey, they can't work for free.

We found out that the compressor was bad. He only charged for the minimum trip charge and not the inspection. We have used them in the past and will use them again.

I feel they were very overpriced and had to call them repeatedly. All he did was come out and snap on a part and I feel like I could have snapped the part on myself.

The compressor has a three-year guarantee and they were reasonably priced. They also were very prompt and came out within 24 hours of my call.

He re-leveled the washer so that it would run smoothly. He also dislodged the drum to get it working again because it was locked up.

Shane G, the technician, arrived at time as promised. He was most efficient and showed clearly that he knew the particular dishwasher by heart. Took approx. 1 hour to complete the job. However, he did not have the required placement part on the truck. Called and made arrangements for delivery. Next morning returned, installed the food chopper and reassembled the dishwasher all within 15 minutes. Did not charge for the return visit. The price of $161.00 included the new part and special cleaning material, total $62.10

The ice maker in our refrigerator was leaking water into the ice keeper causing large blocks of ice to form. We called Turner Appliance Repair and scheduled repair for the next day (Saturday). We found them to be prompt, courteous and very efficient. The repairman brought the complete new icemaker with him and had it fixed in a very short time. Turner Appliance Repair does not charge extra for Saturday or Sunday repairs. Their rates are the same no matter what day of the week, or time of the day/night they perform the job. We are completely satisfied with this company and will call them for any future appliance repair job.

I got an appointment same day that I called. However, technician had to return because the refrigerator stopped working right after he left. I was then told it was now due to another totally unrelated problem. This part had to be ordered. I had to argue that relay and overload and control board were related and that I didn't feel like I should pay for another service charge and service time. I ended up just paying one service charge/service time and then only paid for control board part. Arrangements were made to call my husband back when part arrived to schedule the return visit by the technician. This return visit ended up being delayed because the company kept calling the home phone even after we had given them the other number to call twice. Overall, it wasn't the worst service call I have ever had but I won't use this company again. They didn't instill any confidence in me or impress me in any way.
