Clothes washer was leaking. I called at 9:15 am the next day, got an appointment 9:00 - 12:00, was told that an estimate on washers was often $88 (base to get to the door and 1/2 hour labor) to $150. Tech arrived at 12:30 (he did call at 11:30 to say he was running late). Tony did a diagnosis, left to get the part, replaced it and machine is performing. Tony was a professional and did the job.

We always call them when we need repairs. They show up when they say they will, and they always have someone available when we need them. They always give options as to repair or replace.

I called Turner Appliance for a Kenmore dishwasher repair on a Tuesday. The lady said she could get someone out that day between 3-5pm. The repairman showed up at 5:00 exactly. He stated the problem was the heating element; he would order the part as it was not stocked and would call back the next day to tell us when he would return. He said it would be Thursday or Friday before he could return. I waited for the call on Wednesday, no call. I waited for his return on Thursday, Friday and even Saturday; to no avail. On Monday I called to cancel the call. I was offered excuses about the ladies in the office should have caught this, but didn't. I choose to find another company for my repair.

The people who came out to repair did a very good job. Their price was very reasonable and they were prompt about coming out and keeping their appointment. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Turner Appliance to replace a part on my stove. I questioned the scheduler on the phone if they would honor both the senior discount as well as the Angie's List discount and she stated that they would. The owner came to replace the part and did a good job and was very knowledgeable, but when I questioned about honoring both discounts he stated that it was one or the other.

I realized on Sunday my freezer was not working. I heard a clicking noise but the manual said that was a normal sound. Well all the food was defrosted. I called Turner at 6AM and they called me back around 8 AM. We set up the time to be between 11-1. I got a call around 9:45 and the repairman came about 5 minutes later. He replaced the motor and was gone just after 10:00.

The work performed and the overall experience with Turner's was excellent. Having a laundry appliance go down is a real pain but they were great to work with and their pricing was very, very fair. Due to my work schedule they were very flexible and easy to work with. Danny was our technician and he was great! I spoke to several of the office staff during the process and they all were helpful and well informed. The right and left hands work together with these folks!!!!! AAA+++

They were responsive and arrived at the time they said they would. They found the problem, fixed it in a professional manner and were on their way. We have used this company several times.

The service man ,Jeff, was very prompt, called prior to arrival at my work place so I could meet him at my home, met me as promised at the designated time and quickly performed a diagnostic test. He returned the next day and repaired the oven in about 40 minutes. Jeff is very good at his job and very courteous.

It took two weeks for the hose to come in. Then they had to order a new ice making unit. That took two weeks for that unit to come in. They installed the ice making unit, but it does not dispense. I spent $225 on something that does not work properly. They were nice and polite, but for the cost I would shop around.

They did very good work for me, and I would highly recommend.

The price was a bit expensive for what was actually done. But they came quick and explained that we could do it ourselves. Very grateful. Whole job took about 25 min.

I was given a two-hour window when the technician would arrive, and he arrived nearly 30 minutes after the end of that window. He was very apologetic and told me it was because the previous repair had been more extensive than anticipated, and he didn't want to give that customer rushed service. I have no complaints about the work he did. My stove was repaired so that I could use my oven again. My only issue was that I had the same part replaced by Turner less than two years ago and I didn't feel that I should have to pay the full price for another repair of the same problem so soon afterward. Turner agreed to charge me only for the service call, but not the faulty part itself.

It was very good. The first time he came he did not have the part on the truck, but there was no charge for that. He called ahead of time and was here within the designated time period that they stated. He got the work done in only about 25 minutes.

On both occasions, Turner diagnosed the issue and very honestly advised that repair would be more costly than purchasing a new appliance.

The repairman arrived on time and quickly fixed the leak in my refrigerator. He then moved it back into place and hooked up my ice maker. Completed in a short time.

The was damage to my washer and dryer after a move. Turner sent someone right away to repair the door latch. The dryer element had to be ordered, and was replaced as soon as the part came in without an additional charge for labor. Excellent work - very satisfied.

I would rate them an A on all of the categories. They fixed my problem and were punctual. Their prices were fair. I would hire them again in the future.

Guy arrived on time, was friendly and helpful. Took about 15 mins. and the washer was working with no parts required. He even received a work related phone call during the time.

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped working; Turner sent someone the next morning. The repair was quick and the repairperson professional. He also repaired our icemaker, charging only for parts, and emphasizing the company's 30-day guarantee in case something went wrong.

Chad was very helpful. He gave me tips about my washer, too. I would recommend this service to others. They came within the week, and arrived when they said they would.

Repairman arrived on time and listened to my story attentively. Told me that it was not the lines on back of fridge. I went with him to basement and he showed me where a valve that is really too small was installed to connect water to fridge. He said this is very common as it is easier for the installers than using the right size! He opened and closed the valve repeatedly and this removed the sediment and resolved the problem. While he was here he also cleaned the coils under the refrigerator.

I was very impressed with them. They were very responsive. They came out on a sat and we couldn't even get anyone else to say they would come out within a week. They looked at the problem, diagnosed it, got the part in and then repaired it in just a few days.

Great. Thought it might be a larger problem at first, but then upon further review found the belt.

Excellent. Our refrigerator in a matter of a few days, stopped cooling at the correct temperature. I called Turner Appliance I believe on Thursday afternoon, and they were able to come out on Saturday. Our refrigerator was back cooling the way it used too.
