Description of Work: GAS OVEN NEEDED A NEW IGNITOR WHICH WAS QUICKLY REPLACED. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY WHEN I CALLED AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE SERVICEMAN WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY AFTER CONSULTING A CHART FOR THE COST OF THE PART AND THE REPAIR WAS SLIGHTLY UNDER THE ESTIMATE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Description of Work: REPAIRED GE LIGHT AND FAN PART OF MICROWAVE OVER THE STOVE. HE TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE MICROWAVE TO GET OUR OVER STOVE FAN AND LIGHT WORKING. THEN HE CALLED ANOTHER REPAIRMAN FROM HIS COMPANY THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM A SHORT WHILE AGO AND HAD FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO SOMETHING TO THE WIRES TO GET IT TO WORK AGAIN. HE NEEDED A SMALL PART, WHICH HE LEFT TO GET. HE TRIED IT AND IT WORKED.
