Description of Work: AT THEIR FIRST TRIP THEY TEMPORARILY FIXED THE FRIG. SO THAT IT WOULD WORK UNTIL THE PARTS CAME IN. THEY FOLLOWED UP A WEEK LATER AND REPLACED THE FAULTY EVAPORATOR IN MY SUB ZERO FRIG. THERE WAS NO CHARGE. THEY FILED FOR COVERAGE WITH THE SUB ZERO COMPANY.
