Description of Work: Looked inside the lid of our washing machine and wiggled the basket for a few seconds before pronouncing that it would be better to buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty, but was surprised to be charged for labor as well as a service call when he did not even have to get out a tool.

Description of Work: The service tech (Ryan) repaired our ice makes on the refreigerator/freezer. He informed us that the problem was actually the supply line and not the ice maker. He had to make more than one trip to the house. He was polite, courteous and above all, honest.

Description of Work: Washing machine completely drained all the hot water from my 75 gallon water heater when it was operating. I suspected a bad timer or water valve. Turner was at our house in less than 24 hours and repaired the problem with no service parts required. Problem was caused by the washer drain hose which was originally poorly installed by the appliance sales company.
