Description of Work: Called regarding an F-1 message on my Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer. First time the receptionist tried to put me through to a technician, the phone rang forever. Noone answered. Called back. Put on terminal hold. Time to move on to someone else.

Description of Work: I had a dishwasher with touch button control pad. It was no longer working. I called Turner Appliance having had them in the past for some warranty work. They scheduled the appointment with a 2 hour window and then called approximately 30 minutes before arriving. I was torn between repairing and older dishwasher and buying a new one. A very knowledgeable young man came and helped with the decision. He called the parts company to see what the total cost would be and then examined the dishwasher for other wear. Finally, we decided to fix it. The next morning, I was first on the list to have the part installed. The fees were exactly what he quoted. He was neat, prompt and most helpful. I would use them again

Description of Work: They efficiently put our new washer in, and used the service fee toward the new washer. Plus, they price matched the washer we wanted. Competent employees and service. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator went out over he weekend...called on Monday AM and Service came out and fixed our unit at 1:30p same day. Service Tech (David) was very knowledgeable and was right on time...did call ahead saying that he was on his way. We needed a new fan and he had the part with him. I am very pleased with today's service. We have also used this group before for service on our washer. We will certainly use Turner again and will highly consider them for our next new appliance purchase. Great job!

Description of Work: Called the company and they informed me that they could get someone out the same day. Chad and Kody called and arrived when they said they would. They worked on my oven that had not been heating properly and fixed it within minutes. They did not have to order a part they initially thought they would have to that would have cost significantly more. They cleaned up everything and went on their way. I would definitely use them again! Great guys!

Description of Work: Our washing machine was spinning out of control, and we contacted Turner Appliance. They were prompt to schedule the appointment to get the issue resolved. The technician looked over the washer and immediately located the problem. Apparently, it was an unusual part to break, so it had to be ordered. The part was received quickly, and another tech came out to replace the part. They were very prompt and punctual. I would contact them again in the future.

Description of Work: Jeff "repaired" washing machine by replacing lid switch and coupler. The washer worked for two days and then started emitting a burning smell. The repair man came back out and said that was normal. The next day the washer stopped working completely. Again, the repair man came out and said the machine was no longer repairable and would have to be replaced. He said they would be happy to apply $80.00 towards a new washer, if we bought from them. SERIOUSLY........we were taken for $270.22! We will never use or recommend Turner Appliance. They are a total rip off.

Description of Work: Turner Appliances arrived promptly and repaired my washing machine. In addition, they provided a part needed for my washer. I will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator/freezer had stopped working the evening before. We saw the Turner Appliance ad in our Angie's List booklet and called them the next morning - Dustin was here that afternoon. We feared our compressor had gone out and didn't know whether we'd have it fixed or buy new. Dustin told us our compressor was good - we just needed a new module. WHOO-HOO! Dustin replaced the module in a matter of minutes and was out of here. We appreciate everything about Turner Appliance - their policies and Dustin. I hope we don't need Turner Appliance ever again; but, if we do need appliance repair in the future, we'll call Turner Appliance!

Description of Work: We contacted Turner Appliance late one evening due to the fact that our water heater was not heating. We received a response early the next morning that they would be out later that afternoon to diagnose and fix our problem. The man that showed up to fix the water heater was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I was a bit surprised though that they do not carry parts on their truck to fix a problem on the spot. The guys did come out the next day to fix our water heater and I was happy that they were able to do it so quickly. On the downside I think this company is way over priced. We had to pay a 85 dollar service call plus 80 dollars for labor. I believe that there should be one charge for the trip. 85 dollars should be for the labor and service. So basically we paid 165 dollars for someone to replace a part. Obviously we had to pay for the part as well which is to be expected. I do feel that Turner appliance does good work and they are very prompt but their prices are a bit high.

Description of Work: They have been wonderful in working with us to fix our Fisher Paykel dish drawers!! Don't know how the problem started but they stayed with it and finally got things working again. While it took awhile, they were fair, courteous and professional in their dealings with me.
