Description of Work: David checked the washer and rebooted the "motherboard" and seems to be working find. Just finished a load of darks. Only complaint is he didn't call ahead as was promised.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not keeping a steady temp. It was determined after a thorough examination that the compressor was going out. So I opted to buy a new one instead of have mine repaired. It was an Angie's big deal and well worth it to find out what was wrong. Tech was very nice.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with them. I called at 8am for a non-emergency dryer repair and the repairman was there by 9am and finished by 10am. He was professional and got the job done quickly for a low price.

Description of Work: Matt came out to diagnose problems with my washer and dryer. He rapidly but thoroughly checked them out, explaining to me what he was doing and his findings. He explained the extent of repairs needed to both units plus estimated costs and timing. My front loading washer has bad bearings which would be very costly to repair. On the basis of the information that Matt provided, I decided not to pursue repairing the two units. Instead, I will replace them. I appreciated his honesty and thorough explanations. I would call him back again to repair another appliance.

Description of Work: From my phone call to set up the appointment through the service call, everything was just great. My dryer had a squeal; Josh found the problem, ordered the part locally, picked it up, and finished the job in just a few hours. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I hired Turner to come and fix my sub-zero ice machine. They were able to come out within a couple of days of my call. Dave was on time and very professional. He was able to fix the machine that day, as I didn't need any additional parts and while there I ask him his opinion on my sub-zero refridgerator that I've had other companies try to repair, with no avail. The office got back with me the same day to give me an estimate on replacing the gaskets. I've decided not to invest any more money on a 20 yr. old appliance so I called and spoke to Turners sales department and while they didn't have the particular fridge I was looking for they were very responsive and got back with me within a few minutes. I would and do recommend them VERY highly for both sales and service.

Description of Work: Turner Appliance Repair came to my house on a Saturday to see if my refrigerator was worth saving. The repairman gave me an estimate that would have been just a few hundred dollars short of buying a new unit. He then said that Turner would meet HHGregg's price. They set me up with a new unit, but also gave me time to make up my mind. I ended up not taking the Turner deal since HHGregg had a much better price at their store. However, having a company that was available on a Saturday for no extra charge makes them a valuable commodity.

Description of Work: They said they could have someone out to check my gas stove the day that I called. The time frame was between noon and 2:00 pm. I then received a call about 10:15 am. The repairman asked if I was I was home and he could be here in about 15 minutes. I said that would be great, the sooner the better for me. He came and for some reason the problem I had the night before didn't appear. Naturally I knew I would have to pay a service call fee. I had a $5 coupon from Angie's List so the cost was $45. He told me if the problem came up again they would not charge me another service charge fee. I felt that was totally reasonable.

Description of Work: Cody came out and checked my GE frontload dryer on a Saturday and discovered it needed a new heating element which they needed to order. They called on Monday after the part came in to set up an appointment for Tuesday. Cody came back out on Tuesday and replaced the bad heating element. Everything seems to be working fine now and they even checked my dishwasher which had a leak but it didn't leak when they checked and seems to be leak free now.

Description of Work: These guys are our go-to on appliance service. This particular call we had a mystery issue with out dryer, They assessed and ended up replacing the motor. I was remiss in processing this review so I do not recall exact price. Bottom line - dryer is fixed and no issue since.
