Description of Work: Our dishwasher would not drain and water would continue to backflow from the sink into the dishwasher tub. Turner Appliance came out and was able to get the dishwasher to drain properly. The tech couldn't find a problem with the appliance but noticed a rubber ring was missing. He attempted to locate one with the manufacturer to order but the part was not available. The dishwasher has been working just fine ever since.

Description of Work: repaired a drain pump in a dishwasher. They did a good job, but they had to order the pump (which was surprising) which took a week to get in, and then had to schedule the repair. A wee bit frustrating.

Description of Work: The heating element in my dryer was out. I called them on Thursday and someone was able to come on Monday. They let me know exact fees for them to come out when I called. Very friendly. The guy who came out, Brent, called me when he was on his way and did a great job.

Description of Work: My 9 year old washer wouldn't drain. The tech came during the appt time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. (A sock got sucked down into it and clogged the motor). He cleaned up the mess and was done in an hour! He was upfront about the possible causes beforehand, which I appreciated. With the washer being old I expected that it may just need to be replaced. Lucky for me it is still going after an easy fix. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: I've used Turner Appliances in the past and was always very pleased so when I saw an Angie's List Big Deal from them, I purchased it and had them check out my washer as it was making some very strange noises and not running smoothly. They inspected the washer thoroughly and let me know exactly what was wrong. It would have cost more to fix than it was worth so they suggested I just get a new one, which I did. Since the Big Deal was worth more than the cost of the service call, they gave me a credit on account. I can use that towards a purchase of a new machine or for a future appliance repair. Again, I was very satisfied with all aspects of this service call.
