Description of Work: They repaired a sensor on our dryer. It malfunctioned again a little over a month later. They have a 30 day warranty. But they replaced it again for FREE! EXCELLENT customer service.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped working. I was able to get Jeff out to my house within a day of requesting service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which unfortunately was going to cost a little more money than we wanted to spend. He was nice enough to try to make a parallel repair to the machine which would have been much cheaper, but it did not resolve the main issue unfortunately. | |I decided to think about whether we should buy a new machine or have Jeff back out to fix it. After a couple days of thinking, we decided to have Jeff back out. We were able to make an appointment for the very next day. He showed up right on time (actually a few minutes early which is definitely not the norm in the service industry) and had the problem fixed in no time. | |Turner Appliance was great. They give 2 hour service windows and the technician calls you while they are on their way to your home. I hope I won't have to, but I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Came on time. Wasn't sure what the problem was. Suggested two things. The first worked fine. The second required a back ordered part that broke when it came and was installed. A second part came and now the stove works fine.

Description of Work: Work was completed over two days as a part was needed. Cleaned up afterward and I'm happy with the repair.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was leaking water onto the wood floor and into the adjoining carpeted room. We called Turner Appliance to check to see what the problem was. The first person who came out misdiagnosed it. Within two days we noticed it leaking again onto the wood floor and the carpeted room. |When we reported this to tell Turner Appliance they said the gentleman who came to our house was no longer working for them. They sent another person to check and to fix the problem. Had the first person fixed the problem as the 2nd person did, I would say I would use Turner Appliance again for sure, and I would have rated Turner Appliance with all A's. The fact that they no longer have that first person working for them, I might consider using Turner Appliance again.

As rental property owners, we want our tenents to have the benefit of reliable home appliances. To that end, Turner Appliance is pretty much our go-to for stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers. | |

Description of Work: I called to inquire about service for an appliance. I was informed that there is a $70.00 charge for a house call and there could be additional fees based upon the technician's discretion. There was no detail as to how or when that fee could be added to the cost. The person I talked to was not very friendly. Paired with this and the high fees, I would not use, or recommend them.

Description of Work: repaired front loading washer. Service was great and we would gladly use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired ice maker in refrigerator. The wrong part was sent initially so another service call had to be scheduled but fortunately the 2nd visit fit into my schedule. I would definitely use Turner Appliance Repair in the future!!

Description of Work: They returned again to see why washer tub was not rotating. This time problem was with transmission. Since the cost would exceed value of washer I bought a new washer. There was no charge as it was within 90 days of the last call to my house. I appreciated the guy's honesty about the machine.
