Description of Work: Matt from Turner came to repair our dishwasher door and range control panel. Parts had to be ordered, so it took two trips, but everything happened on time and as promised at a reasonable price. I have used Turner for years and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Minor electrical problem found took 15 min to repair. I could done the repair myself. Had thought the would give a break with the service charge since so little work was involved.

Description of Work: Have used them a couple of times with mixed results. 24 yr old fridge with ice maker that was leaking. Replaced motor so door of ice receptacle would close tightly. He said at time it might not stop leak. It continued to leak and new motor does not work at all now. Oh well. Previous experience was better with washing machine which was pronounced 'dead'.

We have used Clark's and HH Gregg in the past and get much better service from caring technicians at a reasonable price from Turner.

Description of Work: Dryer was making a loud noise. Diagnosis was a socket went through the vent. Turner was the only company that could come out before Monday. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They attempted to repair my 20 year old Maytag range. When repairs were not enough, they bought the range from us to restore and sell used. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not cooling & then a few days later ice maker was not working. Refrigerator was only 2 yrs. old. When service man came to the house, he had problem diagnosed w/in 20 minutes & repaired said problem w/in another 20 minutes. The fan motor had stopped working, thus causing no cooling in the fridge compartment. He had the needed part on his truck. Would call Turner Appliance again should another problem arise.

Description of Work: Repaired ice maker on fridge. They were courteous on the phone. Prompt in shoeing up. Friendly with the service. Because of an intricate issue with the ice maker mechanism the service man had to return two times. in all times was prompt, courteous and productive. The last time he came he made an adjustment we could have done but didn't think about it. He showed us how and again thanked us for the business. We right him and Turner Appliances high. Thanks for a good experience and now fresh ice and a quieter fridge.

Description of Work: Replaced the main supply hose on our Bosch dishwasher.

Description of Work: Freezer wasn't working. The diagnosed and fixed right away. Only reason they didn't get an A was that they didn't tell me they would charge a premium because of where we lived.

Description of Work: Reattached the dishwasher to the brackets in the cabinet frame. Simple job for someone who knew how to do it.

Description of Work: Had them come out to see about my ice maker. Told me I needed a new one and they would order it. They quoted me about $250 to get the part and install it. I found the part for $103.00 and was able to install it myself.
