Description of Work: The heater element was bad and then they also did some other work on the rollers and tumblers on a drier.

Description of Work: Replaced an ice maker, cleaned drainage in freezer and more importantly, suggested I keep my refrigerator (not replace it with a new one and it is 12+ years old). One more comment, my repairman was very professional as well as being kind and thorough.

Description of Work: They were the only ones that would even try and fix the refrigerator. It needed a new evaporator and was a 2002 Amana that was cabinet depth with cabinet front to match the wetbar. It was worth the fix and better than replacing it. They guaranteed it for 3 years and it actually had to be replaced again, but it was no charge.

Description of Work: My dryer wouldn't heat and dry the clothes. They were able to come the same day that we called and repaired my dryer that day. I was very grateful.

Description of Work: Replace the close panel on the front of an Electolux microwave which had fallend off.

Description of Work: They came to repair the refrigerator which needed a new drip pan. I asked about a part on the dishwasher that needs to be replaced. Their price was a third less than my last quote. They were very professional.

Description of Work: My microwave oven went out. I took it in to their shop. It could not be |repaired however they would apply the service charge toward a new one. I did not replace it at that time.

Description of Work: Refrigerator repair by loosening the auger in the ice maker bin. Ice had accumulated around the auger and it froze in place. I requested that the ice maker be shut off and I no longer use it. It's a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator and I would never recommend it. We inherited it when moving into a condo. The repairman was knowledgeable & knew what he was doing, as always with Turner Appliance repairmen. We only use them now.

Description of Work: Washing machine was no longer able to empty water completely. They replaced the pump and I was back doing laundry within 30 minutes. Repairman called 30 minutes before arriving. He was knowledgeable and able to complete repair quickly. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Turner Appliance fixed my oven. While it took 5 visits to successfully diagnose and fix the problem they were very responsive. Technicians were very polite and kept me updated. The time it took to resolve the issue was due to having to order and wait for parts to arrive. Turner did everything they could to expedite shipping and were very helpful.

Description of Work: Turner Appliance came out quickly and repaired our washing machine (sock stuck in the pump). They were late, but they were willing to cut the service fee in half as compensation. Would definitely recommend!
