Description of Work: I was having trouble with my 12 yr old dishwasher. I had a service call to see the problem. I did not have Turner do the repair as it was over half the cost of a new appliance. I have used Turner many times. Great guys! Technician gave me the low down on what to replace the old one with. I feel like I get good honest service from these guys!

Description of Work: Checked out my 30 year-old refrigerator which was making a strange noise. The noise had already disappeared and we don't know what it was. Description of Work: Dishwasher ran too long, wouldn't stop. When repairman checked he could find nothing wrong, tested to make sure machine worked properly and advised if the problem occurred again within thirty days, they would come back at no charge for the service call. I really appreciate he could have replaced something and I wouldn't know the difference but he didn't. My experience with Turner Appliance is that they are honest and reasonable. |

Description of Work: Replaced 5 different parts on a side-by-side refrigerator, including the ice maker. Fridge is now like new. He changed the water line to the ice maker and by-passed the reverse osmosis line, due to it's low pressure. Making ice like crazy now!

Description of Work: The technician replaced a fan in my oven that had bad bearings. He came one day and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part. He came back within one week and put in the new part. He gave me an estimate at his first visit and that is what I was charged. He was professional, knew just what he was doing.
