Description of Work: My refrigerator freezer was icing up inside. He explained why that was happening due to warmer air getting in and therefore, freezer working harder. He made some adjustments to the doors so that they would close completely and not "pop" open when refrigerator door was closed. He was definitely prompt and courteous. Cost seemed a little high for what seemed like not much "labor" and time but he did discount the labor fee because of this. Problem fixed and I am happy.

Description of Work: The technician replaced the water valve on my wash machine. He was efficient, diagnosed the issue and came to a conclusion about the repair needed. Fortunately, he had the part on his truck so he was able to fix my wash machine right away. He put the appliance together, made sure it worked, I paid and he was on his way. I was pleased with the service but I had to put the wash machine and dryer back in place in my laundry room and I had to clean up. I should have made sure he moved the appliances back in place before he left.

Description of Work: Asked Turner to send a repair person to check out a dryer making a really loud noise. Took the dryer apart and identified motor, blower and belts needed to be replaced. Repair man explained that they would match offers and deduct the service call and I should talk to their office. I found a dryer on line, called Turner with model number, they called back with availability and cost. Handled transaction on the phone and the dryer was delivered the next day.
