Description of Work: Our dryer had died. They offer both new and used dryers. We were able to purchase a new dryer at a fraction of the cost from one of the big box stores. We have used them for a number of repairs and they are also professional, on time and their pricing is competitive.

Everyone was very friendly.
Description of Work: I called and told the receptionist that my washing machine needed a new pump. I also told her the make and model of my washing machine. The service man came out without the needed part and charged me $70 to tell me that I needed a new pump, which I already knew. He told me it would be an additional $200+ to fix (over $270 with the $70 I was already charged), and they wouldn't be able to get the part for 3 or 4 days. He was not at all surprised when I declined service. I ordered the part on Amazon for $42 and got free same-day delivery. I am a complete amateur, and I replaced the part myself in less than an hour. My washing machine works fine now.

I went to our recordings to listen to the call to see that it was handled properly. I was going to mail her the $70 service call back if it wasn't. When asked about the problem she was having she said it wasn't spinning or draining. She never said she needed a new pump, she said she thought it could be a pump. Many people think right off the bat it is a pump because it is not pumping out. There are quite a few things on any washer that can cause it not to drain or spin, she got lucky with her guess. We carry all fast common moving parts on our trucks, we like to be able to repair the unit on our 1st. trip out. There are millions of appliance parts out there and it is impossible to be able to carry everything. If we were to send the parts that every customer thought they needed I would need an extra large warehouse just to hold them all. She also never never gave the model #. We don't need the model # only because we won't know what we are going to need until we get out there and diagnose the problem. She was told the service call would be $70 and any parts, tax and labor if needed would be on top of that. The call was handled correctly and everything was explained to her that was going to happen. You can always fix problems cheaper by doing the job yourself but you still have to know whats wrong with it, that's why you call us, or you can always take a chance by guessing. Thanks Rick.

Not sure what the problem here was. They have used us in the past dating back to 2010 and even purchased appliances from us. With no complaint typed out and saying they wouldn't hire us again made me curious to what the problem was. I called the home and and got their voicemail so I had to leave a message letting them know I wanted to hear back to find out what went wrong. It got more confusing when I found that the last time we were out there was May of 2015 for a repair on their dryer. It's been over a week now and I haven't heard back so I may never find out.

Description of Work: Team of 2 came out to repair my Jenaire range. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. A little hard getting one part but they came through and got it done before Easter. Replaced convection motor and fan, springs on oven door and few more minor repairs.

Description of Work: Our side-by-side Kenmore refrigerator was not cooling correctly and was making a loud noise so we called Turner Appliances. They came out the very same day and said it was a fan motor and they would need to order one. The one they put in was defective and a new one needed to be ordered. When it came in, they installed it very promptly. We were only without that refrigerator for two days. They were very nice and punctual. We will definitely use them again.

We love to get it fixed the 1st. visit for the convenience of both of us. However in the cases we do have to order a part and come back there is no extra charge to you, our customer.
