It's very funny seeing some of these ridiculous reviews or may I even say lies. I pulled up the recordings and the invoice. She called in on July 20th. and asked about the service call charge and if it went towards the job. The receptionist had already told her that any parts, tax and labor if needed was on top of the service charge. She asked a few more questions and that was it. She then called back on July 27th. and proceeded to ask the same exact questions again. She set up an appointment this time. Our tech went to her house and diagnosed the dishwasher as needing a lower spray arm motor. Her complaint was that the dishwasher was not cleaning properly, especially the bottom rack. He wrote the problem and the cost to repair the machine on the invoice, she was given a copy. He explained what the problem was to her and she declined the repair at that time. He collected the service call of $70, exactly what she was told when she set up the visit. So she has an invoice in her hand with what the dishwasher needed to function properly and the cost to repair it. How can she say the tech could not figure out the problem, when he told her exactly what was needed and she has a written invoice in her hand???? Can't hear or read????
