Response from Turner Appliance
This is something that never happens. Could something have fallen through the cracks? Absolutely! So this got me wondering how it could happen. I pulled the address up and there was nothing there except a call we did on their range in December of 2007. I then checked the phone number we had on file and there was nothing showing a call from them recently. All calls that come in and go out are logged and recorded. I called the number we had in our data base and talked to the home owner. I told him we have no record of any calls coming in from the number we have on file. I asked if maybe they called from a different number. He said that is possible and gave me their other number. Back to the phone system I went and there was nothing from either number coming in from them this year. This has happened before where a customer called a different company by mistake. I still will apologize and I wish we could have taken care of them. It's unfortunate but I do know if a call comes in it's getting answered. If a call comes in after hours the call is returned the next business day.

We don't have anything on him at all in our data. I can't look up any recordings to see what happened because I don't have a phone number. When and if he reads this I would like him to call me. My only conclusion is he mentioned a home warranty that he had and we do not do any home warranty work but he still should of had a return call. Again if he wants to call me I would like to look into why he at least did not get a return call. Thanks, Rick.

I believe he called another company thinking he called us. I looked him up in our system and we did do service for him in 2016. I looked him up in our recording data and did not have anything since 2016. We called him on both phone numbers and left messages so we could see what went wrong and to this point have not gotten a return call. Thanks, Rick.

I HAD TO RECALL THEM ON THE REFRIGERATOR AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND OF COURSE NO CHARGE FOR THE SECOND TRIP. THEY GAVE ME A 2 HOUR TIME FRAME IN WHICH THEY WOULD BE HERE FOR SERVICE AND CALLED ON THEIR WAY HERE.
