Description of Work: TRACY PUT A NEW INLET VALVE ON MY WASHING MACHINE SINCE I COULD NOT GET ANY COLD WATER IN MY MACHINE. WHEN THE MACHINE STILL WOULD NOT WORK, HE ORDERED A COMPRESSER AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PUT THAT ON. WHEN THE MACHINE STILL WOULDN'T WORK, HE ORDERED A TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PUT THAT ON. WHEN THE WASHING MACHINE STILL DIDN'T WORK, HE DECIDED IT WAS A PLUMBING PROBLEM IN THE WATER VALVE. I HAVE A PLUMBER COMING THIS AFTERNOON TO LOOK AT IT. I JUST WONDER IF THIS PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED IN ONE VISIT INSTEAD OF THREE.
