THEY GOT LOWER GRADES BECAUSE THEY COULDN''T FIX THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS GREAT. EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM THEY CAME IN LESS THAN 1 DAY.
Description of Work: OUR REFRIGERATOR WATER DISPENSER WAS BROKEN. IT TURNED ON FOR NO APPARENT REASON AND WOULD NOT SHUT OFF UNLESS THE WATER SUPPLY WAS SHUT OFF OR POWER WAS SHUT OFF TO THE REFRIGERATOR. WE HAD THEN COME OUT AND LOOK. THEY SAID IT WAS A SWITCH THAT WENT BAD. CAME BACK IN A FEW DAYS AND REPAIRED IT AND THEN NEEDED TO REPLACE A SOLENOID

IF THE EMPLOYEE HAD NOT BEEN IN SUCH A HURRY, HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DETECT THAT THE INITIAL REPAIR WAS NOT SUFFICIENT. IT WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN ONE LESS TRIP TO OUR HOME AND OUR FAMILY NOT SPENDING A NIGHT IN A HOTEL DUE TO THE HIGH TEMPERATURE OF OUR HOME.

THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF DIRT UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR WHICH WAS GROUND INTO THE CARPET WHEN MOVING AND WORKING ON THE REFRIGERATOR.
