They were really good. The price was reasonable. They came out the same day.

Repair person seemed very knowledgeable. On time and courteous. Gave me advice on what brands/model of dyer to purchase in the future for fewer repair problems. Gave me added advice on other appliances.

Turner Appliance customer service representative Dee Dee (last name not given) called from a phone which registered on our Caller-ID as Private on two occasions. On the second occasion she was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me while I were still speaking. When I called the number listed in the yellow pages, she answered and advised shed been told she didnt have to listen to people who were rude, and when I asked to be connected with her supervisor, she advised he isnt here. One of the worst customer service experiences I can remember.

On time, efficient, quick getting repair done.

Very responsive and punctual. If I hadn't had to work around my schedule they'd have come the next day.

Repairman arrived promptly and did excellent repair work. However, he needed a new motor for dryer which he said he would order. Two weeks and four phone calls later, Turner still had not ordered the motor. Decided to find another repair service.

They came right away, saying they would be here between 1 and 3 and showed up at 1:30. They did a good job. He was pleasant and nice. I was pleased with the job he did. He honored the Angie's List discount. He respected my home and I appreciated that.

Our fridge was down when we woke up on a Saturday morning. After calling several places who could only come out on Monday at the earliest, we consulted Angie's List and found Turner Appliance Repair and they were able to come out on SUNDAY! Yeah! The receptionist was really friendly, as was the repairman. He was even on-time. The problem was the evaporator fan motor died and needed to be replaced. It is a part that they did not have in stock and they called us back on Monday when they ordered the part. The problem was that they told us 7 days before they would receive the part. I don't know about you, but running a household without a fridge is quite challenging! After some intensive searching, my husband was able to find a local appliance parts supplier who had the part in stock. I picked it up and we were fortunate that the removal of the old evaporator fan motor and the installation of the new one was straight-forward, so we did that part ourselves.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND HE WAS A NICE PERSON, AND IT WORKED OUT FINE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The repair person was on time and neatly dressed. He promptly repaired the washer. He was very knowledgeable.

The repairman, Tim, showed up exactly when I expected, was very friendly and completed the repair very quickly. He explained the exact problem very well and if the machine has problems in the future then I may be able to diagnose the problem before having them come out to fix it. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Would highly recommend! A+

Repairman was on time, polite, and reinstalled flapper and checked washer.

A workman looked at the dryer and walked around the house, looking for the vent. He advised the vent needed cleaning, and did not perform the work. He said he was referring the work to Richard Boston, and that Richard would call soon to schedule the work. After waiting 72 hours, with no dryer and clothes stacking up, Richard finally called to say he was on vacation and would not do the cleaning for another week. When we called Turner back, we were told Richard was the only one who could do this work, and we would just have to wait. We then called Affordable Appliance Repair. The work was scheduled for the next day, and completed satisfactorily by Affordable. This is an example of bad communication, both with the recommended dryer vent cleaner and us, and not the caliber of service we would expect from an "A" rated company.

THERE WAS A LEAKING PROBLEM OVER THE WEEKEND, AND HE CAME BACK YESTERDAY AND DID NOT CHARGE US. HE WAS JUST VERY PLEASANT. THIS WAS THE NORTH SIDE OFFICE. WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The repair man was courteous and efficient. He phoned ahead as the receptionist told me he would, and arrived as he had predicted, within 15 minutes. The service call charge was included in the payment for the parts and labor, so I was not displeased with the resulting charges.

FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE TECHNICIAN, THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. PUNCTUALITY WAS A BIG PLUS. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO USE MY ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Tony was extremely nice, competent, and good natured. Our repair was successful, with a good warranty. Scheduling it was also professional and easy. Great company! We will use them from now on.

I CALLED FOR SERVICE AROUND 9 AM ON DECEMBER 2. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS POLITE AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY COULD BE AT MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1:30 AND 3:30 THAT DAY. SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE SERVICE CALL WOULD COST $39.95 PLUS, OF COURSE, ANY PARTS AND LABOR INVOLVED. TRACY, THE TECHNICIAN, CALLED ME AT 1:15 TO GET DIRECTIONS TO MY HOUSE AND SAID HE WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY. HE ARRIVED AT 1:30 AS PROMISED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND REPLACED THE MOTOR. THE TOTAL BILL FOR CALL PLUS PARTS AND LABOR WAS $143.54 WHICH INCLUDED THE $10-OFF ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. TRACY ALSO ADVISED US OF THE OTHER SERVICES THAT TURNER APPLIANCE REPAIR CAN PROVIDE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE AND CERTAINLY WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE WHEN APPROPRIATE.

THE KNOB THAT GARY HAD TO REMOVE, THEN REPLACE AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW TIMER SEEMS A LITTLE LOOSE, BUT THE WASHER GOES THROUGH THE CYCLES LIKE IT SHOULD NOW. MY WASHER IS QUITE OLD. KEVIN NOON (WITH TURNER APPLIANCE FIXED IT A FEW YEARS AGO AFTER ANOTHER APPLIANCE SERVICE SAID IT COULDN'T BE FIXED).

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND PREPARED WITH THE APPROPRIATE PART, SO THERE WAS ONLY ONE VISIT. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND NOW OUR OVEN WORKS BETTER THAN EVER BEFORE. APPARENTLY THIS PART HAD BEEN DEFECTIVE FOR QUITE A WHILE! OUR OVEN NOW HEATS MORE EVENLY AND INTENSELY. PREHEATING TAKES LESS TIME, AS WELL. TURNER NOT ONLY HAD AVAILABLE WEEKEND HOURS, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE OUR PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD. OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS ONLY ABOUT TWICE THE COST IF WE HAD PURCHASED THE PART AND INSTALLED IT OURSELVES, WHICH IS VERY REASONABLE. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE $50 SERVICE CHARGE, HOWEVER. BUT, AS THE SERVICE WAS DONE ON A SATURDAY, I SUPPOSE IT IS TO BE EXPECTED. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY CALL TURNER TO REPAIR ANY OF OUR APPLIANCES IN THE FUTURE.

I LIKED THE ABILITY TO SCHEDULE ON A WEEKEND. HOWEVER, PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR A 20 MINUTE VISIT. I THOUGHT SERVICE CHARGE WOULD BE CONSIDERED PART OF HOURLY RATE.
