The repairman was neat, prompt, and quick. My only problem with the company was that they were supposed to check on the price and availability of parts for my dishwasher and stove and they never called back.

He couldn't get the part needed and was honest to say we needed a new unit.

He came initially, and then a second time to help me figure out what to do.

He was out the next day. He was punctual and nice, he did a good job for a reasonable price.

I called Turner Appliance on one of the phone numbers listed on your website. The person who answered said, harshly, "How did you get this number - It is for emergencies only!" I was taken aback - I explained that I got it on your website - listed as one of the companies numbers. He said, "Well, it shouldnt be on there. It is for emergencies only". I said OK, hung up and did not pursue the company any further. Several days later the company called and left a message saying they were returning my call, but I had contracted with someone else.

It went real well. They were very trustworthy and communicated well. The price was reasonable, and they came when they said they would.

We have had Turner come out several times for repairs and upkeep for our appliances. They have made repairs on a washer, dryer, stove top, and oven. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and with the fact that the same person (Rick) makes the service calls. Their advice has been valuable and saved us money.

Got good advice that the fridge, though older, was high quality and worthy of spending $500 on a new compressor (instead of buying a new refrigerator). Downside was a small water leak persisted and required two return trips to fix. Prompt service each time, by same Tech, though.

We had an appointment made in a very timely fashion and a service technician came out to inspect the microwave. Turner said all along that the service call would be $40 (I cannot remember the exact cost)and we agreed. The technician, Kevin, came out and met my wife in our home. He said that the microwave was not programmed right. My wife said that was not the problem in that we already tried that. He stated that if this did not work, to call back and they would return without having to pay for another service call fee. He charged us an extra $12 on top of the service fee to program our microwave (which we had tried already). He was in our home for only a few minutes. WHEN it did not fix the problem, as expected, we called back. Three weeks and several calls without response back later, we finally got a response. We were informed that we would have to call the manufacturer. By the way, they never came back out -even though they said they would. I will not use them again. Ever.

A tech came out within 24 hours and performed the service in about 15 minutes. I paid $48 in service time ($200 an hour for service seems a little steep) with a $40 service charge on top of that. That didn't include the $85 part. I could have had a new dryer for $100-150 more. But I guess most charge these kinds of fees.

They were very prompt - they came out the same morning I called. I'd probably use them again.

Very pleasant and did not charge a service call the 2nd time.

Excellent, came out on Saturday over the Memorial Day weekend, following my call on the day before, to schedule a service call. It was scheduled to be a call between 8:00am and 9:00am. We didn't get the confirming ''on the way'' call until close to noon, but we were just happy to get service on such short notice and on a holiday weekend.

Office gal was polite and able to schedule a next-day appointment. Service guy was on time and friendly. He worked quickly and fixed the window air conditioner in under one hour.

Even though the technician talked himself out of some work, we feel as though we understand the issues better in each case, and also know what to look for when purchasing other applicances. The office staff neglected to pass along some essential contact information I'd given them, forcing us to reschedule the appointment. I fear that too many companies are skimping on quality in the customer contact area in order to splurge on good techs. Both are necessary!

They came the day I called at the time they said they would.

They were professional and came right when they said they would. I didnt think this could be fixed and they fixed it.

I was very impressed. He arrived on time and worked quickly. He gave me suggestions rather than doing an expensive repair. He also gave me tips on purchasing a new machine.

The repair person was great. He told us what we needed to know. The dryer vent maybe clogged. However, he did not give us the Angies List discount.

Mr. Noone returned my call almost immediately, despite his hectic schedule given the recent heat wave. Unlike the other company that briefly looked at the unit and of course concluded I needed a new one, and he carefully and correctly diagnosed the problem. Mr. Noone thus saved me about $2000. Mr. Noone is honest, hard working, and he deserves the high recommendations he receives from Angie's List.

Gary knew right away what the problem was. He had the parts on hand and was in and out in less than an hour. His professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Even with a $10 off coupon (original price was $146.05), I thought the cost was a little high.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, ON A WEEKEND. I WAS HAPPY THAT I WAS ABLE TO SALVAGE SOME IF THE FOOD IN MY FRIDGE/FREEZER, DUE TO TURNERS QUICK RESPONSE.

An outstanding service experience. Tracey, the service man, was right on time, competent, courteous, and very helpful. He went ''above and beyond'' by helping me troubleshoot a problem (which I caused myself) via phone after the service call. He had told me to stabilize the washing machine drum by stuffing pieces of cardboard to keep it from shifting. I accidentally dropped a piece between the drum and the cover. He told me by phone how to remove the top panel to retrieve the cardboard. All in all, first rate service. This is the second time I have used this company and was very pleased both times.

Kevin called ahead to confirm model & part numbers, & arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, & explained the problem well. There was a loose wire in the dispenser. Most service companies would have just replaced the dispensing unit, so I feel I received great service. The service call was completed to my satisfaction in only 15 minutes. Excellent Service!

Kevin was very professional, courteous, and somewhat reasonably priced.($39.95 trip charge and $48 for fifteen min. repair, which might be a minimum charge.) He was, however, over an hour late. He said the last job took longer than expected because he had to reassemble the lady's microwave.
