I wasn't getting any hot water in the washing machine. It turned out that the problem was in the water heater instead of the washer. The technician problem solved that, and it turned out to be a plumber that needed to come out. His price was reasonable for the hour that he was here, and he told me exactly what was wrong. This price included a $10 off AL discount.

I set up the appt. for between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tracy called at 10:30 a.m. and asked if he could come a little early. I said that was fine. He arrived, was very friendly, came right in and did his work. He quickly found the part that was the culprit. He showed it to me, explained how it works and why it was broken. He went to his truck and got the new part, came in and replaced it and it was fixed! He also showed me some other parts that were starting to get beat up a little and rinsed them out for me. He said ''I am not trying to sell you anything, I am just showing these to you. He said ''if you are not having trouble with these yet, I would not change them, but it is up to you.'' I chose to leave them. He told me the name of the part and showed me how to change them in case I would ever want to do it myself. All in all it was a great experience! I was very pleased and would definitely use them again!

They have a friendly and competent service. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and he was a nice fellow. He also discovered another problem, that I was unaware of and fixed that, as well.

My comments about the charges being too high have to do with the cost of just getting a repair truck into our driveway. I very much resent how high those are, but I don't have a particular problem with the time charges once the technician starts on the job. This was a job that I would have done myself up until a few years ago. I'm now 77 and have to use a cane. I can not get to the work area that's involved.

What more can I say, they were good, the repairman's first name I believe is Rick.

They were great when I made the appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window, but then I realized that my housesitter had an appointment and might not be available for the first half hour of the window, so I called back to make a new appointment, and they said ''No problem! We'll just put on the ticket that the customer won't be there the first half hour.'' Wow! They came out as promised, diagnosed that the motor was shot (as I pretty much expected) and swapped out the unit, all within 30 minutes. They came prepared with a unit to work with my brand. The bill was exactly what I expected (because I had checked similar repairs on Angie's list already from this company). I was so pleased with their prompt service. Their parts also carry a 3 year warranty when they install.

Overall, I was pleased to have the unit repaired for $400. A new one would have cost me five times that amount.

He was very conscientious and patient in checking out possible sources of the problem. After running it long enough, he determined that the motor was going bad. Cost did not justify a repair. I greatly appreciated his ethics in not trying to talk me into a costly repair that would have been a bad value.

We recently moved to Mooresville. Within two weeks of our move, the Neptune Maytag washer that was included in the sale of the house quit working. I called Turner Appliance Repair. The technician came out within a few days. He indicated that the washer needed a new motor. If the washing machine motor was less than 10 years old, it would still be under warranty. We had no way of knowing the age of the washer. The technician said he would investigate the age of the washer and call us back. We waited two weeks and did not hear from him. We called the company to check on whether or not the motor was under warranty. Within a few days, we received a call letting us know that the washer motor was still under warranty. The technician came out on a Saturday and replaced the motor. If he had not been willing to go the extra mile we would have had to replace the washer because the motor would have cost $300.

Everything went fine. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous during the job. He finished fairly quickly and seemed to do a fine job of it. Quick and to the point. It was refreshing.

Turner Appliance Repair has always been quick to respond, very reasonable pricing and always pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Very efficient worker, thorough, polite and factual. Our only complaint was that he tracked lint into the adjoining room.

First trip, serviceman diagnosed the problem and having to turn refrigerator off for a day, he returned the following day and fixed the problem. Service was excellent.

Required 4 visits: 1) The first "visit" was a no-show. Waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. 2) Second visit: Repairman diagnosed problem and discovered that the circulating fan which moved cold air into the refrigerator area failed. A replacement part was ordered. 3)Third visit: The new part arrived and the repairman removed the old part and installed new part. I asked if the refrigerator needed to be unplugged but the repairman said "no". 4) Refrigerator still was not cooling. I complained that after 4 visits the problem still was not solved. Talked to the owner and a repairman was dispatched on Sunday at no charge to see what was wrong. Discovered that the duct from the freezer to the refrigerator was blocked (caked) with ice due to the amount of time the freezer was cold but no circulation of cold air through the duct. Repairman unplugged the refrigerator and poured hot water thru the duct to clear it. Then everything worked fine. At least they fixed this on Sunday no ch

They came out immediately and took a look. They were able to locate the problem quickly. The repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him.

Service man showed up on time, was professional, and found that I had one broken nut under the dishwasher causing the leak. He had to make a trip to get a new nut but did so quickly and came right back to finish the job. Very friendly service.

They were able to do the work to my satisfaction and were prompt and professional.

He came out to check and had to order parts. We were very pleased with the service.

They came on time, were fast and efficient. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'll call them next time.

They repaired our kitchen refrigerator and gave us advice not to repair our fridge, stating that it would not be cost effective. They suggested we buy a used unit instead of repairing the one we had. They are fast, efficient & honest. My mom now uses them as well.

No one ever showed up on the scheduled time. The repairman called to say that he was going to be an hour later, which was a schedule conflict with us. They promised me that another person was suppose to be here at 8:30am and never showed up. I called them back, and they told me that they gave me a time window. They do not keep their schedule appointments. Their attitude about it was very poor. I called another company to have this job done.

They got the oven working. They were able to come a day earlier for the repair than we had scheduled, which was good. The only thing I didnt like, is that they didnt put everything back together that they had taken apart. I felt the cost was high for the small amount of work they did.

They were very prompt and professional. He did have to return twice to remedy the situation. The first attempt didnt take care of the problem, but he returned two days subsequent that. The second time the problem was resolved. The technician did not charge me again when he had to return.

The guy came out and ordered a part for the oven. He came back 3 weeks later. I was out of town the first time he came out, and we weren't home. I told him I wanted him to come out Friday. He didn't show. I called the office and had to negotiate with them to get them to come out on Monday. The man that came out didn't know how to replace the part. I told him to leave because I didn't want him to install the part if he was unsure how to do it.

He showed up ahead of time. Very thorough. He showed us things we could do in the future that would help.
