They did good work, very punctual and would call again. Service call was cheaper than some competitors.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. IT WAS 2 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING WHEN THIS REPAIR WAS DONE. THEY GUARANTEED THAT THE PART WOULD BE IN ON TIME, WHICH IT WAS.

I found Turner in the yellow pages and they advertised at that time (6 months ago) that they were the only approved SubZero refrigerator service technicians. So, I called them for the repair. They came out and started working after my call. It was not good work. They had to come out 5 or 6 times. The owner came out and installed the fan and another part. I discovered 6 months later that the parts he installed were not Sub Zero parts (and therefore were not working properly).

Excellent. The technician knew exactly how to disassemble the innards of the dispenser mechanism and had all of the parts in the truck needed to fix the problem. This saved me over $900 to replace the refrigerator.

One of the owners was the one who came. He did a lot of small things that wasnt appliance related like electrical. He was very nice.

There was a leak in the water line, which lead to the bottom of the freezer. After he came out and repaired it that very same night it began to drip and freeze again. I called them the next day to let them know I was still having problem. A few days later he came back out to fix it again. I was also having problems with the ice dispenser, which was never fixed like I requested.

Our refrigerator was not working. The service technician told us that it would cost $600 to repair the fridge (parts and labor). We decided to get a new fridge. Technician was on time, friendly, and professional.

They came promptly and on time. Very polite clean and neat. Excellent in every way. I would hire them to do anything.

Called for appointment and scheduled a time convenient for me (we both work). Time range given was 4-6 pm; got a call 20 minutes before 4pm saying he was on his way. Shane took 30 seconds to diagnose the problem; broken teeth on a gear inside the icemaker itself. (My husband and I had spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot ourselves using online resources.) Had gear on truck and finished work in less than an hour. Part was only $15 dollars, but I am still going to rate the price as "A" because he fixed the problem so quickly and I was able to get on to other things instead of waiting around all afternoon.

I called and someone was out in about 24 hrs. Very professional service. Diagnosis and repair completed in 15 minutes! It seemed a little expensive, but I don't have anything to compare it to. It was worth it to me! Definitely will hire again!

He handed me a bill for $77 for the work. They charge me for the service call plus a labor charge. I told him when he was here that I didnt appreciate that and he needs to tell the people who answer the phones to warn us about the labor charge.

He came in, didnt say hardly anything at all, took it apart, fixed it, put it back together. It was the quickest, cleanest job Ive ever seen done. They were on time, did the job, were very clean and very efficient.

Terrible! Without even looking at the dryer, Rob told me that there was a problem with the pully system and that I needed a $200 repair. I asked him to listen to the dryer to make sure of his diagnosis. When he started the dryer with the door open, it caught on fire! It was a very minor fire, but he then told it was going to cost $600 more to fix the dryer, and that buying a new dryer was a better option. After the stress and worry, I called the company in Cincinnati that the dryer was purchased from. They called Turner Appliance in an effort to better train Turner's Asko service person. Turner Appliance claimed they never even did work for me. I have Turner's Invoice (#31133) right here in front of me! Needless to say the dryer has been fixed by another company and it did not even come close to the $200 bogus estimate! To Turner's credit, when I called Friday afternoon, they were able to schedule a person for Monday, and he did show up on time.

Very nice and cleaned up the mess they made when they were done. The tech was a very nice gentleman. They called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time.

Came home from spring break to find that our refrigerator was not cooling. Called Turner that Easter Sunday afternoon and left message. Turner returned our call that same afternoon and scheduled us for a Monday appt. (We were not in dire straits due to having coolers and a deep freeze.) Shawn fixed the compressor starter on Monday but could not get the overheated compressor to kick on. Advised us to try turning the unit on after a cool-down period, and warned that if it didn't come on, the compressor may be fried. It did not come on. We panicked and started looking for new refrigerators, even though our broken one was only 6 yrs old. I also notified Shawn that it still wasn't working. He scheduled time with us the next day to stop by (no extra charge) to try 'jump starting' the compressor. It worked! Now we don't have to worry about spending $$$$ to replace the compressor or the refrigerator itself!

The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was polite, left no mess, consulted with somebody over the phone, and seemed to know what he was doing. The refrigerator has been cooling fine since. However, I believe the $450 is really quite excessive for the amount of time involved. After all, this was not rocket science.

The gentleman came right on time, pulled the range out and let me clean behind which was nice. Tracy, the technician was very pleasant and very personable. I would highly recommend them.

I thought it was the ice maker which wasn't working, but it didn't turn out to be the ice maker. He fixed the problem.

My water heater was gushing water. They explained over the phone how to shut off the water and came out later the same day. A pressure release valve was replaced but, a couple hours later, water was gushing again. It was determined that a new temperature valve was required. Ron came out on Sunday and replaced it! He also flushed the tank. All of this was done on a Sunday at no additional charge. To me, this was above and beyond normal service!

I think their services are good. I was expecting to have to replace both appliances but they were able to service them instead. They are very attentive to your needs. They even went so far as to recommend good dishwashing detergents to use for maximum cleaning. I no longer have cloudy dishes. My refrigerator is in excellent shape for being 12 years old thanks to them.

Overall I would say the work was perfect. Associate (I do not remember his name) showed up when he said he would with a water heater on hand. As it turned out, the one he brought with him did not fit in my limited space. He said he could get another one and would be back within an hour. He was back in around 45 minutes and completed everything within an hour. Great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Turner to all my family and friends!

They came out and assessed the problem. He thought it would be too expensive to fix it. He recommended that we buy a new one.

Excellent service over the phone and in making arrangements for repair. Prompt service, Shane arrived as scheduled and quickly did the work. I will call them next time I need service.

My dryer wouldn't operate properly. The service man came out to do the repair and all he had to do was clean the debris out of the outside vent. It worked perfectly afterward. And he only charged me $45 for the service call instead of the normal charge of $60.

Did not end up using this company because another family member had made appointment with another repair business.
