TURF BUSTERS

Turf Busters was hired by our builder, Estridge. We set an appointment time to have them out to talk about where to put the heads and they did not show, we rescheduled and they were late. Then for installation they were several days late which pushed our closing back and they were full of excuses. We called several times before they finally called back. Then once installed it was not working properly so we called several times again before they came out to adjust the sprinklers. Now the pipes have been damaged by the utility company because they were only buried a few inches deep. We also have places where the pipes are coming up out of the ground. We asked the to repair that and they just covered it with a little dirt. We are having another company out to repair the damage and fix what was done wrong. Overall the experience was bad, they were late and slow to do the work and it was not done properly.

The cost is per year to service our 3-unit condo development. They do not leave our property looking as good as we feel that it can. They leave trimmings on sidewalks, they use a poor quality of mulch that allows weeds to grow in it, and do very poor edging work. They have allowed bare spots to accumulate around the edges. They have not been responsive to calls to come back to correct problems that we have observed.
