Description of Work: Triple E home management company secured a tenant within only a few weeks of signing our contract. They did quality work on the items that needed to be repaired or replaced and did so in a timely manner. The prices for repairing or replacing items were fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home management company!

Description of Work: They are providing property management for my rental home. They found a renter within a week and are fixing a few minor issues with the house to make the home more inviting for the tenants. I have only met Edwin so far but he has been very personable, professional and patient. I have had bad experiences in the past with other property management companies so I am paranoid and, therefore, a bit controlling about the property. Edwin's reassurances have helped me to relax and just let him do the job I hired him to do.
