TOBY'S BEST CARPET INSTALLATION

He was very professional and on time. I will recommend him to all my co-workers and friends.

We had met with other carpet retailers and had purchased carpet in sufficient quantity to complete the job with minimal waste. We had also removed the old carpet and pad, left the old carpet strips per his request, and cleaned the floor prior to his arrival. He did a good job installing the carpet and it looks nice. That being said he made us go out and buy 4 more yards of carpet because he didn't want to use our layout and do a three foot seam in our closet. We have nearly 3 yards of carpet scraps remaining. Also, he charged us for amount of material "handled" not actual amount of carpet installed. So not only did we waste money on extra carpet but he charged us to cut the unnecessary piece out of it he wanted. When questioned about the bill he had a very snippy attitude. He gave us no credit for having done the tear out, saving him the work. Wall paint was damaged by the rough carpet edges, and he failed to make arrangements for arriving until 1.5 hours before.

VERY GOOD JOB. HE IS CONSCIENTIOUS, PRICED WELL, FLEXIBLE ON WHEN, WHERE AND HOW HE COULD DO INSTALLATION. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. APPROXIMATE COST WAS BETWEEN $4.50-$5.00/SF.

TOBY WAS PROMPT WITH ALL OF THE WORK HE DID FOR US. THERE WERE A FEW AREAS I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK AND WORK ON. ONE, HIS EMPLOYEE HAD TAKEN OFF THE CLOSET DOORS IN THE BEDROOMS AND LEFT THEM OFF. TWO, HE DIDN'T PUT THE METAL STRIP AROUND THE ENTRANCE DOOR. HE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND THE PROBLEMS WERE FIXED. HE ALWAYS LEFT THINGS NEAT AND IN ORDER, AND IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS TO DO THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND OUTSIDE CARPETING.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. HE RESPONDED TO MY INITIAL CALL QUICKLY. THEY BROUGHT SAMPLES TO MY HOME. AFTER CHOOSING THE CARPET, THEY ORDERED IT FOR ME. THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE OF THE CARPETS ARRIVAL. THEY CAME AND FITTED THE CARPET. THEY CALLED IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE COMING. THEY WORKED QUICKLY, & EFFICIENTLY, AND MADE VERY LITTLE IMPACT ON MY LIFE. NO NICKS ON THE BASEBOARD. I'M VERY PLEASED. GOOD CLEAN UP IS APPRECIATED, AS WELL.
