+ -1 moreThey were wonderful, once they got here. It took several weeks to get this scheduled and then had to b rescheduled at the last minute. But they were very thourough and my house was very clean. They did baseboards, blinds, bathrooms (wonderfully clean), and my wood floors were super shiny. I would hire them again!

+ -1 moreAMAZING!!! Because of the condition of the home Latika and her team had to work 2 hours over what the Big Deal called for. They had know problem doing that! They even gave me a deal on her normal hourly rate!!! AWESOME SAUCE!!!
Description of Work: I needed a full Detailed clean for my 3500sq ft house! 3 full baths 4 Bed Room They swept and mopped all the floors. Vacuumed the carpet area's wiped down cabinets and counter tops, made all my bathrooms sparkle!!! Dusted the whole house! Cleaned the based boards!

+ 0 moreFirst off, the owner delayed the date of the service twice. First time was for sickness, which I can understand. No reason given for the second delay. Once the owner was on site, she took her crew on a walk-through to show what was supposed to be done, then she left, never to return. The crew did a great job on the floors, bathrooms and most of the kitchen. They were supposed to clean the oven and the microwave oven but they did not. They were also supposed to clean all the ceiling fans but managed to miss half of them. We also found a couple of areas that were not vacuumed. We noticed the crew were starting to take some of their supplies out to their car but the next thing we knew, they were gone! No chance for us to have a walk-through with them to make sure they had completed all they were supposed to do or for them to even say "GoodBye".
Description of Work: We contracted for a 'whole house deep cleaning'.

+ -1 moreTwo cleaners showed up right on time and spent extra time cleaning master bathroom and guest bathroom. Very detailed cleaning and bathrooms look great. Spent the rest of the time on the kitchen and mopped the laminate floor on the way out the front door. Everything was very clean. Plan to hire again.

+ -1 moreWent great! We have a 3500 sq ft house, so Latika and her partner were not able to get to all of it in 3 hours. But what they did clean, was spotless. They cleaned light fixtures, blinds including the general cleaning of each room they addressed. We clean our own house but need annual or semi-annual deep cleaning. We loved what they did. We do intend to use them for our cleaning needs in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were late. Their "deep" cleaning was not to my standard as it was "superficial" at best. Mostly wiping rather than actual "cleaning for quality". Dust and debris particles were left behind from their sweeping or wiping, many were obvious. While they took hours, their work was not detailed for the time they took. Sinks still contained hard water spots. Said they cleaned xyz but when I looked, they did not.

Description of Work: A deep cleaning of the house. The bathrooms were well cleaned and overall dusting and wipe down in the kitchen. My husband and I both work full time and have 2 toddlers and 2 dogs it is difficult to keep the house clean.

+ -1 moreThe only major issue I had was trying to get them scheduled. It was around holiday time so I can understand that. I was finally able to get them out for 3 of the 6 hrs I had purchased. The quality of that work was excellent. And I now have them scheduled for the other 3 hrs but not until Jan 11. I am looking for a regular housecleaning provider. So I hope the next session goes well

She sent a text when she was on her way, arrived right on time, and walked through the house with us to explain what was included in the offer we purchased. The next day she and her assistant arrived, again right on time, to start the work. We were there while they cleaned and their work ethic, attention to detail, and knowledge on how to get things "really clean" is second to none. I have had my home professionally cleaned before but these two took it to a new level. We will now be having her come back at least monthly to clean for us. I HIGHLY suggest anyone who wants a great house cleaner who is also a pro at scheduling and communication give this company a call or buy one of their offers.
