Went GREAT. Brian and his crew was very EASY to work with. He was communicative and his crew did a GREAT installation in just 2 days. We wanted a particular brand and style of flooring and he was the only one of 4 competitors who had the flooring in stock thereby eliminating an estimated 2 month delay waiting for stock to arrive. His price was competitive. I would definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

The Great Indoors Wood Floors refinished our entire first floor after we had a pipe burst and had extensive water damage. They were very professional and timely in refinishing the floors. The floors look beautiful. We would hire them again. Kim E

We paid $19K to get our floors matched, after he finished part of the work he threaten us to put a lien on the house if we didn’t pay right away, even though he wasn't done all the way. We discovered he used the cheapest quality of wood possible, which doesn’t match the house. He has admitted that indeed it does not match and there was a mistake but he refuses to fix it. The day he supposed to come fix it, he realized the mistake was bigger than he thought, took all his equipment and left. He contacted me late at night to tell me if I didn't send a written statement saying I was ok with him fixing only a small portion he will not do anything anymore. We had to hire a new company to not only do it all over again, but to remove the cheap wood he decided to use which is going to cost even more. We are already working with a lawyer, please save yourself the headache and the thousands of dollars dealing with this guy. if you do decide to hire him anyway, please make sure you check the materials he is using and inspect everything he does carefully, he cuts corners and asks his employees to continue to do the work, even when they tell him it will not look good, or is not the right thing to do.

They did a great job. Installed new hardwood floor in our kitchen and threaded the new floor into our dining room that was already hardwood. Did a great job with the threading. I would recommend.

They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.  Brian Depp reviewed the condition of the floors with me and helped inform my decision-making on what level of work the various areas needed.  I am absolutely thrilled with the results!  They nicely matched the (stained) woodwork in the house and we now have beautiful, like-new hardwood floors.  These will greatly help the home show well and will undoubtedly help it sell quickly.  He and his crew were very professional and did really excellent work. 

After they were done and after I'd paid them, I noticed a few minor spots on the stairs and in an upstairs bedroom.  I brought those to Brian's attention and he unhesitatingly took care of them. 

If I have need of another floor refinish or maintenance, I won't hesitate to call on Brian again.

My wife initially interviewed three flooring companies and thought Brian Depp was the most efficient and experienced installer.  We expected his pricing to come in proportionally high given his expertise, but his quote was extremely reasonable and asking him to complete job was an easy decision. 
Were impressed with Brian and his crew throughout the process.  He accommodated a tight schedule and worked around other contractors in the house.  His crew was efficient and treated our house with respect.  They were clean and did an excellent job picking up after the project.  They went above and beyond to ensure finished project looked great.  Including custom wood bar step not discussed in initial quote.  Brian even came back a month after project was over after we noticed a few remaining punch items.
Overall extremely pleased with his company and would hire again.   During a hectic period in our lives with multiple projects working with Brian Depp was by far the most enjoyable/ stress free experience. 

The whole process was very smooth and organized and his entire team are very skilled and courteous. The precision of sub floor tie down and special hardwood installation was extraordinary. They were always on time and available for questions. We are absolutely excited with the outcome of our floors and would give the highest recommendation regarding Great Indoors to anyone having flooring needs.

The crew was exceptionally courteous, and even helped my wife pick out the stain color.  Their price was very competitive.  We were very happy with the entire process.  We were in the midst of a kitchen renovation, and they worked with us to ensure the schedules matched up, and came back after installation of cabinets for the final seal coat.

Brian was very professional.  They came in and refinished our wood floors and stained them a wonderful dark brown.  They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, we were very pleased and happy with Brian and his team. Brian came out initially and gave is the quote, and when I gave the call to schedule, they were able to start the beginning of the following week and had all three rooms completed within three days of starting. The crew who did the work were four very professional and friendly guys, and they did a fantastic job! We are incredibly happy with our beautiful floors!!

Excellent.  Brian and crew are professional and kind. Floors look great. Dustless work is fantastic. The night before a blizzard they brought their equipment to the house so they could make sure they could do it the next day. Sure enough, they did! Amazing. I have the impression they are very busy, and scheduling is not immediate, but they're busy for a reason.

It was about twelve thousand a square foot.  They did a first class job on the floor.  There were some problems with some minor aspects and steps. He recognized that they were not the quality that he was used to so he replaced them.  He's professional and provides very high quality.

Initial estimate was professional, they came by the house, measured and answered all our questions. Price was competitive with other estimates we received. Usually took a couple days to call back, but they always followed up.
They were patient - we needed some time to save up for the work and they did not apply pressure.
When we were ready to go, they scheduled us for about 2 weeks out. They were very responsive with our many questions, answering by phone or even text.
They showed up when we asked them to the first day and proceeded to get right to work. With their dustless refinishing there was only an odor, no dust.
New finish looks better than the old. Since we only refinished part of the floor on our main level they did a decent job of matching to the old finish which is right next to it in a doorway. While we can definitely see the cutoff between old and new, none of our visitors have noticed the difference.

It went well.  Floors turned out great.

We hired The Great Indoors to refinish about 1100 sq ft, repair a 24"x12" hole in our parquet and repair a damaged transition between the parquet and the rest of the floor. I was VERY skeptical that the parquet repairs would turn out but they were terrific. We had a 1" x 1" chip in one of the pieces of parquet in the middle of the floor and it was filled in and painted and is now invisible.The entire floor was sanded, sealed, and had two coats of satin finish. The end result is perfect, which is exactly what I asked for and what Brian promised to deliver.
The project took about 3 days overall, but due to hectic holiday schedules (ours, not theirs) the actual work stretched out over a week. Brian and his crew worked around our schedule and made the whole process pretty easy for us.
The crew that actually came out and did the work were nice, clean guys and I was very comfortable having them in my home. We did have one minor scheduling mix up. When the crew came to apply the finish coat on Saturday they didn't realize I was waiting at the house to talk to them before they got to work. They were about an hour late but apologized when they got there and immediately got to work (after answering my questions, of course). 
I'd recommend The Great Indoors to anyone who demands the highest quality results. My wife and I are pretty picky when it comes to home improvements and these guys met or exceeded all of our expectations. Overall, a great company to work with.

I do not usually leave feedbacks here. I think this group of guys deserve the note. This was a sizable project and I did not see anything but professionalism and hard work from this team. The owner is a great guy and overlooks the details and the other guys are just very nice and professional. They are very fast and sufficient. Do not think twice to hire this great team. I also have to mention that they are very trustworthy which I appreciate very much. I have already given their number to three people.

The repairs were done and are not noticeable.  The floors were stained and sealed and look beautiful.  We will have them refinish 2nd floor early next year.  They do good work, are very clean and courteous, some of the best contractors that we have had in the house.

It was all around excellent. They were clean, neat, and tidy. They did a fine job.
