Tracy responded to my e-mail request the same night I sent it. I set up a meeting, with him and a couple of other companies, for the following day to get an estimate. At the meeting we discussed exactly what I needed and that I needed it constructed ASAP. He advised me that he could have the wall up by the next evening (which was a Sunday), but he wouldn t be able to start until he completed the job he started that day. He called me around 10:00 AM and told me that they had run into some problems at his other job and he wouldn t be able to start my project until 6:00 PM. He also gave me the option of rescheduling for first thing Monday morning. I opted to have him come out that evening. Tracy (and three other men) arrived at our house around 6:30 and got started on the wall right away. Tracy, and everyone that was with him, acted very professional, looked presentable, and used clean language. They were very careful to keep the house as clean and dust free as possible (they kept the door to the kennel room closed while they were working and were careful about not tracking dust through the house on their clothing and shoes). They did an excellent job cleaning up once the project was completed.

I am planning on having Tracy back to do more work in the future.

Not happy with his service. After the installation of the dishwasher, it ran fine, but the door would not open all the way. He came back and tried to convince we there was noting wrong with the door. I explained the screws were not lined up correctly and he then fixed the problem. He installed a ceiling fan with a light kit and was able to get it working, but in doing so the hall lights went out. He worked for four hours on the electrical in an attempt to get the fan and light working on separate switches, but was unable to fix the problem in the end. In addition, he asked me personal questions which was extremely unprofessional on his part. On the following day he brought back Scott Sims from Hoosier Electric. Scott was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes and explained the fan needed to be operated manually, but the light would operate off the switch. At this point, I was satisfied with the electrician's service.

Tracy is very friendly, easy to talk to and he won't shy away from a small job.
