I called Tracy at That Guy Projects about removing a window because I was have a chronic water problem where the roof and window met. He came out within a few days and upon doing some investigating, he found a hole in the flashing that the roofing contractor failed to fix when my home was roofed last summer. We discussed the best and easiest way to fix the problem. We decided to use a commercial sealant to fill the hole. In addition, Tracy used the sealant along the entire gable where the siding and roof came together. I was happy with Tracy's work and even more happy with his communication. I was glad to find That Guy Projects especially after my calls to other contractors/handymen went unanswered. I would definitely recommend That Guy Projects!

We did some rennovations to our home. The project included painting the 3 rooms on the main level plus a bedroom and bathroom. Tracy responded quickly to my phone call and worked with me to get the work on the schedule according to our time frame. He arrived on time and well-prepared. His crew worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. He also volunteered to put in some new fixtures in the bathroom just to help me get it done.

I called Tracy when i got to a point at which I could not complete the installation. Tracy responded within 2 hours and the job was complete in 30 minutes.

He is great. He is very friendly. He always follows through and his price is great. The work is great as well.

Tracy and Ray were prompt and professional. They came the next day after I called for an estimate on fixing a broken door frame. They were friendly and gave me helpful advice on other projects around my house. Ray came back several days later, arrived punctually and finished the work in the quoted time frame. The workmanship was great and he cleaned up after he was done. I will use them again.

We recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work. We contracted with Tracy to install our celling fans and light fixtures. Little did we know that Tracy was a true Jack of ALL trades. I have never met a more knowledgeable contractor in so many different areas. He arrived early and immediately installed our light fixtures and ceiling fans. While having a casual discussion about the need to replace an exterior day, he graciously agreed to handle that project as well. He sacrificed his time and added the door project and the price was very reasonable. Tracy was very particular and committed to his craft. He was detailed oriented and made sure everything was perfect. I plan to use him for our future contracting needs. Thanks Tracy again!

I was very pleased with the job and look forward to the job, redoing the tub walls in our bathroom.

Tracy answered my call the first time I called and was helpful from the beginning. He came out the next day to look at what needed to be done and gave me pricing for each individual item. He was very accommodating as I added or deleted things from his list. He is very personable and respectful. About a day after completing the original list I called and asked if he could install a new storm door. We had removed the old one and decided to replace it. He said sure and that he could do it later in the day. I asked if he could come a few days later because I had purchased the door online through Lowes but wouldn't have time to pick it up for several days. He offered to go get the door and install it that same day. He's a great guy that I called after finding on Angie's List and have added to my list of "go to" people. We didn't run into this but I feel like if you asked him to do a job that he wasn't qualified for he would let you know that and not just try to take it on. He seems to be able to handle most things that come up around the house

The owner, Tracey Smith installed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He was able to get me in the day that I called. He was personable and professional. The job was done well and I am very satisfied with his work.

We initially contacted Tracy to install a built-in ironing board; he got that installed and we have been calling him back everytime we need something done. He's very responsive and arrives when he says he will. I think my husband has him on speed dial. We will definitely continue to use Tracy. If he thinks something can be done easier or better than we suggested he lets us know. His pricing is very reasonable for everything we've had him do.

Tracy was really prompt in responding to my voice mail. He came to our place promptly to look at what needs to be done and promised me to send an estimate. He was very punctual in sending me the estimate and also completing the job. He and his partner came early in the morning, and finished the job by 1:30 PM. Tracy had to purchase the trim paint as well because the paint I had was no good. I think the price was reasonable becuase it took more than 5 hours for two people. Tracy and his partner did a really good job completing the work. Overall, I was very happy and would hire Tracy's services for any handymen projects or other interior / exterior projects in future.

I was refered to Tracy Smith by someone who gave him a good review. Tracy came over to assess the repair the same day that I called and after working out the details he gave me a quote. The work was scheduled. Tracy called the day before the repair to give me a start time. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work the same day. Tracy has a professional approach in his communication and does qualilty work. I would recommend Tracy.

This type of work is very detailed. In order to do it right, individual planks need to be aligned with seams staggered etc..... Tracy completed the job in the time promised and at a very fair price (In fact we paid him more than he requested/billed us!). He also did a good job of clean up plus was courteous and professional to all members of the family..... dog included! We are pleased with his work and the way he completed the job.

Tracy was responsive to my call (called me back when he was on vacation!) and timely with his follow-up. After they had almost finished painting, I came home and found that I didn't care for one of the colors I had chosen (my fault entirely), and he repainted that room the next morning without complaint. Tracy and crew were efficient, polite and timely. I have referred them over and over and will continue to do so.

He returned my call promptly and was able to come the next business day.

Looked up Co from Angie's List. Called three companys and he was the first to return my call. Others wanted a week or more to come out for the estimate.
