Description of Work: Annual Termite Inspection. They've been doing it for 27 years here. |Only one mix up on an appointment that I can recall. They took car of it promptly and gave me a credit. Always easy to work with.

Description of Work: Sprayed outside for ants. Sometimes inside. They use a non toxic spray. The gentlemen who services my house is always courteous.

Description of Work: I was a long time customer. Last year, while getting a new front door, the contractor showed me termites in the rotted door jamb. I called and was told I had to wait 2 weeks. I asked if I should keep the wood for the inspector and was told it was not necessary. Long story short,I was told they would treat, then they would not. Come renewal time I wrote a letter, made calls and have yet to discuss why. I continued to receive bills. I was told supervisors would call, they never did. Someone called 2 weeks ago. I called back and he said he was driving and would call back. He never did, so that is it.

Description of Work: I had termite chemical injection approximately 7 years ago and they inspect every year for new trails. So far it is working, but they inspect in December when termites are dormant and ask me to pay my contract 3 months in advance which I don't care for. They also sold me insulation in the attic above the garage which the said was needed. They constantly try to sell me more and more of their services which is annoying.

Description of Work: I pay yearly for regular treatments. That come on time and do a great job. My service rep Nick is the best. If I have a problem between visits he is here within a day. I have used Terminex for a decade and plan on using them as long as I have a home.

Description of Work: On Jan 19 2010 they came and blasted some "garbage" into the attic claiming to insulate, when in reality nothing changed and I am stuck with a thousand $s worth of paper shreddings and they damaged the entry to the attic to boot without any attempt to repair it. Although that was 5 yrs ago, I am still madder than "H" about it. |On the other hand their termite service is acceptable.

I've had the same person servicing my home for the last 8 years and is always there when he said he would be and if I called for extra service it was usually taken care of within 24 hours.

Description of Work: I will use them again because I have a termite contract with them & need the terminte insurance. Their customer service is horrible. It is next to impossible to talk with a local representative. They leave automated messages telling you when and what time they will be there not allowing you to schedule yourself. After many many minutes on the phone you can possibly reschedule. The first appointment this year was a no-show; the second I took time off work to be there. When I arrived he had already left--over an hour before scheduled time. I called and raised a huge fuss and he came back. In 2014 I NEVER got the inside inspected...3 no-shows. I am in a rural area and do not have many options for this service.

Description of Work: Terminex provides quarterly service for pest control both for the interior and exterior of my home. In addition, I can request extra treatments at any time as needed. I have been very happy with the service and the professionalism of the technician and staff.

Description of Work: I had an appt. for a pest control treatment for 6\30\15 between the hours of 10am and 12pm. THEY NEVER CAME AND NEVER CALLED. I had an appt. for the next day between 4pm and 6pm. THEY NVER CAME AND NEVER CALLED. I called the main office and got an unacceptable answer. I told them that I no longer want to deal with them and that I wanted my money back. I had already paid for my next contract back in June. To date, I still have not received my money.
