Description of Work: They did pest control. They come whenever I need them and are accommodating. They are reasonable.

Description of Work: I kept hearing animals crawling in my walls and ceiling. Terminix came out and did an inspection, then wrote a contract to get rid of the critters. They removed all of the blown-in insulation in my attic of a 2800 sq ft main floor. The entire area was then sanitized and 14' of new insulation was blown in. The techs also went through the entire house upstairs, downstairs, and outside and sealed every place an animal might be getting in. They found evidence of field mice and squirrels having been in my attic. The guys were very professional, clean, well mannered, and polite to work with. I did not get a second opinion because I knew we had critters. I have no idea how the price might have compared elsewhere as I did not shop around. I know the name Termini and have had past experience with ServiceMaster, their parent company.

Description of Work: we have had their service for a few years and when you need something done, they never respond. Would not recommend to anyone. They are quick to get you set up and not followup.

Description of Work: Had problem with small ants. Terminix comes out 3 or 4 times a year and treats outside of house. Most of ant problem gone. Notice a few ants one time, called terminix, they came out for additional treatment, no charge.

Description of Work: I have had two different kinds of experiences with Terminex. Currently, I have only their termite service. The good news here is that they have been diligent and responsive, and they always communicate their findings quickly and clearly, although I have not really had many face-to-face meetings, since the work is mostly exterior. A number of years ago (7+ ) I also had their interior pest service. The service was effective, but while I found their actual in-house service workers to be neat and friendly, the administrative side (presumably in the local office) was horrible. On TWO different occasions they simply dropped me from their lists. I only found this out after they missed several regularly-scheduled monthly appointments in a row. While they were apologetic about the mix-ups, I could not see putting up with it after the second time, and quit that service. Given my more recent positive experiences, however, I have been thinking about starting that up again. I only hope they have straightened out whatever problems they had in their system.
