I've know Christopher for about 10 years and has ALWAYS been very professional, prompt and consultative in regards to my AV needs. This particular job went VERY well. I used various contractors to build out my basement including some of my AV needs, but Chris took the time to advise me on the best approach for the installation and executed perfectly. Even though I did not use Chris for the initial wiring, he was very understanding and worked through some of the challenges the previous wiring guy had. It wasn't easy for Chris to go behind someone else, clean up the confusion and proceed with the project and be comfortable signing off on it. However, he went above and beyond to get my speakers in place. Not only, does Chris do an outstanding job with AV, I have to say that he goes above and beyond the call of duty with advisory services. I can't tell you on how many occasions I've called Chris on advice or troubleshooting... EVEN though he wasn't the one who did the initial installation. That REALLY GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME... and justifies his prices. Chris is also great a recommending contractors for services he does not provide.. ALL of his recommendations have worked out for me.. ALL OF THEM.

Excellent. Chris was very professional, courteous and respectful throughout consult and work performed. He was also quite flexible and patient working with other less professional contractors working on a job in parallel. The finished work was great and the consultation during the job when I had to made difficult decisions set him apart. Will definitely call him again.

They were nice and courteous when they came out, but they did not let me know what the cost could be. When the gave me the proposal they included the bill for the site survey and service call.

Christopher was prompt, knowledgable , professional and friendly. I will tell my neighbors and friends about this company. I could not believe that I called one day, made the appointment for next day and the work was completed on day of appointment. A+ Service

Very pleasant experience and I will always use Cinema Labs in the future. I mean for someone to sit and not charge you extra for explaining the little things to you is priceless.They even helped me load my big bulky 65 inch Mitsubishi on my truck so I could haul it away. A1 service all the way

As I mention above, I was very pleased with the service and follow up. I wasn't left with new equipment that I did not understand how to use it or trouble shoot if need be. I felt that I had a lifeline if I need one.

It went excellent. They were very prompt, punctual, and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were efficient for the installation. They were proactive in that if they see something that could be better they bring it to your attention. They are very customer service based.

The overall service was excellent!!! Christopher called me the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm the time and the services he was going to provide. Then the day of the appointment, he called about an hour before he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he would be there momentarily. He then arrived a few minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. So immediately, I was impressed with his consistency and promptness. I then showed him where I wanted the TV mounted/setup. I didn't actually watch him the entire time, but I could tell he was very well prepared with all of his tools and equipment. Before he began, we confirmed once again what kind of installation I was wanting. He also offered additional suggestions/recommendations as well. Once this was confirmed, he then used his own judgement and experience in proposing where I should have the equipment mounted. He actually had it all mapped out as to how I should get it. So there was nothing for me to do....he had it all under control!! Then he began working. He was very neat and mindful of the mess he was making and always offered to clean up as he worked. Once complete, he showed me how everything worked and made sure I understood how my new equipment would work (this was my first blue-ray player). It was like and quot;Equipment 101and quot;...very informational and helpful. He also cleaned up after the job was complete. Before he left, he asked if there were any questions/concerns I had regarding my new setup, but I said no, considering he told me everything I needed to know during the installation. And to top it off, he called me within the next few days after the appointment just to confirm my services/equipment were working properly! Overall, I give Christopher an A++. I have referred him to several of my friends for their A/V needs!!! I will definitely have him install my surround sound...once I purchase it! Thank you Christopher for doing such an outstanding job!!!

I spoke to Christopher casually about my desire for more sound from my flat screen television. He then, essentially, consulted me on the spot about what my options were and recommended a sound bar. He was able to name certain brands and left the final decision to me about purchasing without pressure or preference for a particular brand, which I appreciated. He ended up getting the sound bar for me and we set a time for delivery and install. He was here at the time designated and dressed professionally. He was not on his cell phone or distracted in any way. While he was here, I felt as if I was Christopher's priority until the appointment was complete. He was quite considerate of my home and my belongings being careful to work around plants and bookcases. My television set up looks the way it did when he came only with the sound bar. I do not see any extra wiring and whatever was added, is invisible. His work is very clean! Christopher is always prepared and dependable. If there is something he does not have on hand, he knows very well how to employ his resources to complete the job in a timely manner. I would have no problem calling upon him again for any of my technological needs and I'd recommend his company and services to anyone!

Overall grade A+. He made suggestions, gave us good prices and he knew what he was talking about. Very professional. He knew his job and we could tell that he enjoys his work. He does all of our wiring for our sanctuary.

Chris came to my home in the late evening which was accommodating for me. He was on time and had a great personality. He did all the work that I had asked him to do originally and made some outstanding changes to our television set. My husband could not believe the excellent picture we were getting. It took him almost three hours to hook-up, rearrange and get everything in order. He did away with a lot of unnecessary wires we had so it does not look like a ball of wiring now. The price was unbelievable for the amount of work and time Chris put into this project. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. Would recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work done.

Chris did a fantastic job helping with selection of the appropriate home theater system (with options), and was courteous and professional in getting the work done efficiently. He made sure I was happy with the job and I could tell that he really enjoys what he does. The work was done quickly and done well.

His service offerings far exceed what I am in the market for at the time, but I found his professionalism, knowledge and passion for his work to be a great asset. I am not at all technically inclined.
