Excellent!

We are SO pleased with the end result. The TV picture is so much better, clearer -- it's like a new television. Formerly, we didn't agree on how loud the sound should be -- now with the centralized sound system, that is no longer an issue. And the flat screen looks just fine above the fireplace -- I had once thought I would hate that look -- but not so. They worked beyond the two-hours of labor of Angie's deal, but did not charge me for the extra time. Tim and Jeff work well together, and we felt confident with their suggestions and work. I hadn't planned to spend too much beyond the initial TV relocation, but I'm glad that we opted for the "extras" -- thus my B for pricing -- but the choice was mine.

Everything went great. Tim and his crew at SyncTI are the best. They have excellent communication (I had to re-schedule four times due to a delayed closing). They showed up on time, with everything needed and performed work with the highest level of professionalism. The price was excellent and the work performed would have been great and well worth every penny even if I did not have a coupon. I wholeheartedly recommend SyncTI for all your low-voltage wiring needs.

Tim Watts was our primary contact and from beginning to end very patient and professional. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, made an appointment to discuss what we needed to have done, came when scheduled and emailed us a quote in a very timely fashion. We had to reschedule our initial installation several times due to conflicts on our part not his and he was very flexible and accommodating. We also changed our original quote and ended up using some items of our own items. Tim graciously revised his quote and gave us good advice on what would work and what would be the outcome if we used various items versus others. We never felt pressured to purchase anything beyond what we wanted and he was more than willing to work within our budget and made suggestions for options if we felt something was more than we wanted to spend. Tim and his partner came together on the day of installation and both were courteous and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and did not make a mess while they were working. They explained what they were doing and confirmed with us how high and where we wanted items mounted or installed prior to doing it. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again and without hesitation recommend them to anyone.

I "like to think" that I am relatively handy. However, given that the TV would be in my living room and any screw up would be visible (and I would have to live with for the rest of my life!), I decided to I purchased the Big Deal to have my flat screen installed/mounted on the wall. The TV was sitting in the box for a month and a half, and I had all the necessary mounts, cables, etc. available. Both Tim and Gary were there on time and finished the job even though it took more than the 2hrs that I purchased using the Big Deal. They did suggest additional work that I can/should do to make the installation more complete (and they do carry material for such additional work), I needed time to ponder. I am happy with what I got. Thanks!

Called Sync to diagnose the proplem with the stereo system. They visited within 24hrs. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty receiver. By day's end I had a proposal to replace the unit, re-wire, install a universal remote, and update the system with a new surge protector. Equipment was received and installed 72 hrs later and I am up and running with the new system. My needs were met quite well. Installation was about 2 hrs or so, very professionally done. No complaints at all. Both Gary & Tim couldn't have been easier to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend or to use again. By the way, I found Sync by seeing them on Angie's List.

Purchased an Angie's list deal for $75 and added on the outlet panel, outlet strip and speaker mounts. From scheduling to service to invoicing, all very quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect. Had a minor glitch right before Christmas, and they responded next day at no charge to fix.

The overall experience was truly exceptional. They were on time, very courteous and totally professional. They had everything up and running in a very short time. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain about the different remotes, etc. They even removed one of the old TVs for me. I can't think of anything that would improve the experience. They were really outstanding.. I would highly recommend them. And, in fact, I'm using them again myself.

It went very well. It took a little over 2 hours from start to finish, which confirmed to me that the $75 Big Deal I purchased was a smart choice. The owner, Gary, was polite, did a quality job, and used the wall track/conduit and low-profile mount I purchased ahead of time with no issues. I rated Quality as a 'B' because there were wood shavings and drywall pieces left on the carpet from when the drilling into the walls and studs was done. I thought I saw Gary had a small shop vac, but these were not cleaned up. I did not notice the minor mess until after he left; otherwise, I would have asked him to vacuum the area. Not a big deal, but it's always nice when a provider cleans up thoroughly when they are done.

From the initial response of my purchase of the Angie's Deal to the finished service call these two guys were awesome. Their knowledge of our issues and the solutions the offered and implemented gave us the exact finished results we were looking for. I have their card and contact information and will definitely utilize this company in the future.

Gary and Tim arrived promptly. They had the speakers fixed in 15 minutes! Both of them explained what they were doing, what was working and what could be working better. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Tim actually cleaned up our AV closet, eliminating many feet of unused and unneeded cable, repositioning units to take up less room and replacing an old power strip with one that would also lessen interference on the line. They gave us suggestions on what would improve our total system. They checked all their work multiple times to insure everything worked after they made changes to the system. They made small changes to our remote that makes our everyday usage SO much easier. We used Angies's list special offer - 2 hours of work for $75. Since we decided to purchase a new unit, they stopped working when they had done everything they could without the unit, left to purchase the unit, returned with the unit and completed the installation. They included all this effort in the 2 hours of work we had purchased. We appreciated our whole experience with SYNC Technologies and will definitely call them again when we have any AV needs.

I am definitely not a "Techie"; I am a technology dinosaur! I inherited equipment that I did not know how to install nor operate and bought 2 hours of service time from Sync Technologies. I was very pleased by the technician. Gary was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He shared information and helped me to understand what the system I had could and would do and upgrades that may be available if I chose them at a later date. The overall experience was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. I had purchased a 2 hour promotion and he completed the service in 1hr. and 15 min. He offered to return to hook up all the AV equipment once I received the media center which would be a part of the original package. He was very generous in doing so and I will pleased to have him return and finish this project. This was an offer I did not expect and is greatly appreciate.

Perfect job. He went through step by step to explain what he was doing and show me how to do it myself (better). Added some cables that I didn't realize I needed for a much more reasonable price than if I would have bought them myself and made me feel very comfortable with things I have little knowledge of. Everything was cleaned up and done before Whitney arrived and she was thrilled.

Great guy and service. He has emailed and called me to check out his wormanship which means a lot. All my family and friends like his work, so much so a relative of mine will be contacting him shortly. Great Job SYNC TECH!!!!
