They are a good company. I was very pleased with them. They were excellent. Their price was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend that others use them if they have an audio/video needs. They are knowledgeable.

They were very polite, and helpful. I paid for 2 hours, but we only needed them for one. We also purchased an optic cable from them, since they suggested it to improve our sound quality.

Sync Technology Integration guys were in a word: SPECTACULAR! They arrived on time (Very Punctual), Professional and Extremely knowldegable. This guys know what they're doing. If I (or anyone I know) would need their services in the future, I would call on them in a heartbeat!

They arrived exactly on schedule, assessed the situation, provided options and executed the plan to perfection. We were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism.

They did a great job and I would use again for any tech problem.

It went well. Gary got right to it when he arrived and worked on it until it was working properly. I am very pleased with his expertise and work ethic.

We actually spent a little bit more for labor and then we bought some products. They did some electronic installation and we also bought some outside speakers. We had in mind what we wanted and they came out and confirmed that they could do the work and helped us select the product. They were very knowledgeable. They got everything done in about 4 1/2 hours. It included an Apple TV as well. They cleaned up well. We chose them because they had good reviews, they were local, and they had expertise in outdoor speakers.

They were timely, tidy, and they cleaned up their mess. Two of them worked together, so they were able to get it done quickly. They explained everything to us afterwards.

The SYNC Technology team arrived on time and was very professional. They found out exactly what type of work I wanted done and gave me options on how to insure all my needs were meet. I was very pleased with their work and I would defiantly use them again.

Our experience with Tim and Gary from Sync Technology was phenomenal. We needed to coordinate our move, installation of cable and their work to make the transition a smooth one. Tim communicated with us every step of the way. First, he came by our home to see what we needed and the type of set-up we had. This consultation was free. Once he did this, we received a proposal that included the ideas he had suggested and of course installing our three televisions. Tim (from Sync) knew our budget so he was kind enough to give us three phases of services in the proposal. You see, once we learned of all the great services Sync provided, we wanted lots of extras! Of course, they would have just installed the televisions, but we added nice sound bars and outdoor speakers for our pool and so on. Our budget allowed us to complete phases one and two. The guys showed up right on time with everything they needed! They gave us the two hours of service we had already purchased from Angie's List plus the discount for everything else. They were honest, kind and professional! We cannot wait to complete our third phase! Please do not hesitate to call the guys at Sync. It will be an excellent decision.

SYNC did an excellent job in designing an AV configuration which met our needs and budget with the ability to expand it in the future. They were honest about various trade-offs and what we would value most in terms of which system components to invest in (e.g., speakers, receiver, etc.). All work was completed within the specified timeframe and actually under budget. We are extremely pleased with the end-product. Overall, we are very satisfied with SYNC's services and expertise, and would recommend them for small projects or complete home automation.

Gary & Tim are very professional and arrived on time and delivered a very good finished product. The only issue I have is that there were a significant number of added costs that I was surprised by and think should have been better spelled out in their Big Deal. Taking out the cost of a custom mount that needed to be purchased, there were over $200 in additional charges for USBs/adapters/etc. Those extra costs caused me to give them an overall B grade, but their service and proficiency were both excellent.

Tim and Gary were great to deal with, they were very professional and informative. The end result was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them...

We scheduled with SYNC a few weeks in advance and the day of service was an impending ice storm. They did not cancel and showed up on time ready for the install. I was a bit suprised that it went as smoothly as it did. There were a few hesitations from other companies due to it not being the typical install as we only had one stud versus the standard two. It was completed within an hour or less. We had a few questions and concerns regarding our surround sound system throughout the house. They answered/addressed all of our questions/concerns and were very informative.

From beginning to end these guys were great. During the quote they went through extensive details with how we could completely relocate all of the power/network/cable plates (including patching the drywall and painting if we had the paint) so that nothing was visible at all (no wiring tracks anywhere). The same for the patio - they pulled off an outlet to determine how the wiring came into it so options for running the electric behind the brick and installing new outlets could be discussed. Their quote included all work, electrical, everything - another company I had quote would farm out electrical work and it wasn't even part of their quote (so who knows the cost?). and they said labor would be that or less. Yours was over $1000 more and didn't even include electric work(!) - which was left as a complete unknown and of unknown cost (and presumably the bulk of the real labor) and by an electric contractor that only has 1 review in Angies List - with a rating of F.

Tim and Gary are real pro's in every sense of the word! From my call requesting service to the completion of the work everything went very smoothly. Both guys really know A/V technology and do high quality work. My wife and I both appreciated how they explained and demonstrated operation of the new equipment as a part of the project.

These guys worked their behinds off on my difficult to wire home. In the end, what I wanted done was done and they put in a huge effort for a good price.

I made contact via e-mail to schedule an appointment. Gary at SYNC Technology Integration responded courteously and we scheduled a time that worked for both of us. Tim of SYNC Technology Integration called in advance of the appointment on the day asking for a two-hour delay because they were doing more work for the earlier appointment. In my case the extra "window" allowed me to better prepare my work for SYNC Technology Integration. Tim and Gary arrived right on time. They have exactly the right tools for the jobs. They have the right parts I needed for my jobs, which I could purchase from them at a good price. They completed my work in exactly the two hours I had purchased from Angie's Big Deal. Somewhat amusingly, however, they had run out of speaker wire, completing the prior extended-stay job. No doubt, as per usual for SYNC Technology Integration, my jobs presented problems requiring thoughtful solutions. They offered several ideas and submitted written proposals which we can discuss. Since I will need more work, we can complete the audio install when we schedule their return. Gary & Tim are polite, well-dressed for their work, and cleaned up their installation work as they progressed. They put on shoe covers immediately upon entering my home. They are knowledgeable about the many products and formats in their business and have offered several good solutions. I was pleased I could purchase from them the right screen mount and speaker wire for my components versus my making a separate trip to acquire them. I thought they did good work at a fair price. I can recommend SYNC Technology Integration.

Tim and Gary were awesome. They showed up earlier than scheduled (they called first) and did a great job of getting our system back in order and cleaning up a lot of extra cords,

The Technician and workmanship were excellent and the adjusments along with the new connections totally improved our performance and reception. A couple of weeks later I phoned the Technician to report an unusual line in our flat scree that I failed to mention while he was at our home and he readil6y advised me as to the problem and what to expect with further use and these helpful details were readily provided without charge.

My overall experience with Sync Technology Integration was excellent from start to finish. Tim and Gary both spent much time with me on the phone, email, and in person. Together, we discussed the importance of quality, budget, and options. Once my husband and I gave the thumbs up, they quickly communicated with me as to when they would be there and how long the project would take. Once the equipment/parts arrived, they fulfilled their promise and were in and out in 2 days. Their quote and invoice was detailed and their knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated. We already have plans for them to come out and do some more work in our home (smart phone audio throughout our home and theatre curtains).

Overall, I give these guys an A+. They came on time even though there was a significant ice storm. They were professional. They made a few recommendations but were not pushy when doing so, which I appreciated. In a two-hour span, these guys earned my trust and I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation to recommend them for the services they provided me.

As I mentioned, they did a great job explaining to me how I could get the most out of my home theater system. Never once did I feel pressured, but instead they just explained to me my options and let me decide what I wanted to choose. They came as scheduled and had pulled all the wires in just a couple of hours. Since I was also having the walls painted, they were happy to come back to finish mounting the tv on the wall when the painting was done. When they came back to mount the tv, I also purchased the unversal remote and they were able to program that remote in a couple of hours. Everything has worked fantastic and we all love having one remote to deal with it. It was a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend Tim & Gary to anyone. Also, I felt their prices were very fair.
