I agreed with their assessment but unfortunately was unable to move forward with their recommendation. I do plan on using them in the future.

Very well. Our technology was outdated, but they helped fix the problem without necessarily using the most expensive option. They all made a return visit for unfinished work and did not charge for their time.

They arrived at appt time, were very workman-like and performed the job in reasonable amount of time. Were very good at explaining what they were doing, helped in obtaining needed parts and responded to questions and concerns. The installs have been up for a good while now and they are solid without problem. Would recommend their services to all.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. The gentleman came out and we explained to him what we wanted to do. He gave us recommendations about how we would go about doing it. We have not gone any further with that however because it ended up being pricier than we guessed it might be before we set out. He identified actual equipment he would recommend so we will have to get back to him when we are ready to do it. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable, but it also was very expensive. He will give us the value of the Big Deal when we actually make the purchase. We are also going to talk to someone else as well to make sure we are in the same ballpark and then we will decide from there. The options he provided were quite helpful. He fulfilled our expectations and sent me photographs of what stuff would look like. He also measured the room we are going to put the equipment in and did a great job. He got to me to schedule the Big Deal and he was on time for our appointment. I appreciated his patience and the time he took with us. He was also sensitive to my husband's hearing issues.

Very professional and gave me the options of connection to cable in the basement.

The technicians came here and got our Netflix and Roku systems reset and working. He was excellent! They gave us the full amount of time that we had purchased. He even explained the systems all out so that we would be able to use them a bit easier.

I am in process with them. At this point I've had a proposal and e-mailing back and forth with questions. Gary came to our home and he was knowledgeable, polite and instills confidence. We are planning to go ahead with them. The price seemed reasonable. He was responsive, but some concern came through the first time with the proposal. But it's working. He knows his stuff. He was exactly on time for his consultation.

SYNC was prompt and professional. They assessed our area of installation and gave us our options. Measured and installed quickly and cleaned up wonderfully. Great job.

Perfect transaction. I highly recommend them. We were tired of trying to make it all sync and they made it seem so easy . The best thing is that it all works! We kept their card and will call them in the future for sure!!

Gary and Tim showed up right on time came in gave me the low down on price and accessories for what I wanted done. They were able to do the installation right then (530 pm). They were fast, neat, courteous, very knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on some future upgrades. As soon as I save up some more money they will be back to upgrade my system to the next level.

Very well. Service was professionally done. It did require purchase of two cables at a price ($101) I thought was "high." I bought them at the time of service from the provider to facilitate the install.

The experience was fine. I was very satisfied, they showed up when they should, they did an excellent job and they cleaned up after themselves. Everything was great.

They did a great job for us. They got it all set up for us and came back when we had questions and didn't charge us when they came back, so that is good. The price was medium, we didn't think it was too outrageous.

The service technician showed up at the scheduled appointment time. He checked our TV and surround sound system and made a few adjustments to get it working properly. All is working great now!

Purchased this deal and had some issues with the scheduling of the work. I felt like they were being unresponsive and there was a lack of communication.

The Synti technician was knowledgeable about our equipment and was able to set up the remote exactly how we wanted. We went from needing four remotes to being able to preform most of our needs through one. He didn't leave without making sure that we could operate our system. I went from being scared that I was going to mess something up, to confident that I had someone I could call if I ran into an issue. It's been three and a half months and all is still well. I would definitely have them back if the need arises.

I had an Angies Coupon for 2 hours of their service which worked up to $75 for $200 of their service so I got $100 off that way. The lead who was doing everything walked me through. I bought the parts and he installed it without any problems.

The two fellows arrived right on time. They installed the mounting bracket we had purchased for behind the TV and the 60" class TV itself. They tested it and showed us what to do. Everything about the installation was smooth and flawless. The TV work itself was $175. We added a special surge protection to protect this kind of TV, which cost an additional $96. I loved the fact that they were respectful and wore shoe covering booties on our carpet. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

SyncTI rep (Tim Watts) checked out my bluray player and determined the problem to be overheating due to its position underneath the cable box. He let the player cool off and tested it in a different electrical outlet in the living room. The player came on immediately. He repositioned the bluray player within the home theater stand/shelves placing it atop the cable box. Problem solved. Also, as part of the assessment of the bluray player problem, Tim checked every component within the home theater system. Speakers as well. He adjusted some of the component settings, vastly improving speed of internet content downloading (for streaming) and quality of sound throughout the system. Tim recommended purchase of a higher quality surge protector for the home theater, and I concurred. The service call (under one hour) was a very reasonable $50. I paid $90 for the surge protector. I would definitely call upon SyncTI again and highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, professional, timely, friendly, reasonable.

We took advantage of the Angie's List Deal SYNC Technology Integration offered for a 2 hour consultation/service for audio/video needs. Gary was very responsive, as within minutes of my email. He came out to our home the next day, listened to what my husband and I wanted to make of our theater room and then provided very knowledgeable and innovative suggestions and ultimately a long term solution with a quote for services. We approved the quote and solution and he came again to our home within a day or two to begin the installation of our projector. He worked with us all along the way to ensure our requirements were met perfectly. When he was finished, we discussed surround-sound options. He provided that quote, along with a few additional options, the very same evening. We again approved his quote for services, top of the line products and an all-in-one remote that does everything but serve snacks and cocktails! Gary and his partner, Tim, ordered the products and provided the services almost immediately. They were able to get the supplies sooner than expected and allowed us the opportunity to have them complete the job much sooner than expected. Gary was here installing the speakers, wiring, receiver, subwoofer, universal remote and base station for more than a full work day, while Tiim was in and out several times to assist while working on other their jobs. When the job was done Jim spent a good hour walking us thru the functionality of the equipment and remote, ensuring our comfort and understanding of the capabilities. Gary and Tim have an excellent working model that we were thoroughly impressed with. They make a superior team and are unbelievably tech savvy and still have the hard to find soft skills required to earn their customers' trust. We would highly recommend them for any related needs. Our experience with them was so much better than we had even hoped. We absolutely LOVE our theater room, thanks to Gary, Tim and their awesome company, SYNC Technology Integration!!!!

They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They had to start from scratch removing all of the old wires and components. The had to run a new 40 feet HDMI wire under the house to the TV which was located on a wall across the room. They explained in detail how to operate each of the components on "ONE" Bosse remote control, freeing us from using 3 separate remotes. The installation was neat, clean and professional; all within 2 1/2 hours. We would highly recommend them to install any entertainment center.
