It went very well. Tim and Gary are very professional and thorough and they did not waste any time. Their overall labor charge came in less than estimated and we were satisfied with the costs. They arrived at our home exactly when they said that they would. After being gone from home for several days we had a minor issue when we powered up all of the audio equipt. that we had unplugged before leaving. We emailed SYNC to ask for helpnd they responded very quickly and got us up and running again. We would recommend STNC to anyone in need of their services.

Tim and Gary came to my house and consulted with me on the installation of my dream movie theater. They were very professional and easy to work with, answering all of my questions and offering suggestions. They had an amazingly detailed proposal ready that same evening, which included links and photos of all of the equipment they recommended. It was clear from the proposal that they designed the system for my needs: the screen they recommended, for instance, was particularly good for black and white films. The proposal broke down the costs for each piece of equipment, listing both the retail price and their package price, which was generally 10% cheaper. The labor costs were also detailed (and proved more than reasonable.) After getting the green light from my wife, we got a check to them to order the equipment. On our initial meeting they had set my expectation on the time it would take after ordering product to be able to install, and they kept me posted throughout, setting up the install dates when everything was in. The install went great. I would periodically go downstairs and take a peak at their progress and became more-and-more excited and impressed. After the install was complete, they took the time to instruct me on how to use everything, which turned out to be intuitive, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It's an awesome theater. Not only did Tim and Gary do a great job, they provided amazing customer service.

They were about an hour late but they did call to let me know they were going to be late. I was very impressed with them. came in and I showed what I needed and they went right to work. I have 3 dogs and they made on my scottie terrier mix very happy with a belly rub. I liked that they understood pets and were nice with to them. If I need any additional work I would call them and I will recommend them.

The people came on time and were very efficient in helping get the job done. I would definitely work with this company again. They conducted themselves professionally and were courteous.

A gentleman showed up exactly on time. He perused the situation and got to work. He had to move the TV mount over the fireplace to accommodate the larger television and actually improved the level in doing so. I did not have the proper cords and he used two cords from his truck to complete the installation. His work could not have been better and he completed all tasks quickly. Wonderful technician and a gracious human being.

I only spoke with him over the phone, however he was very knowledgeable about my needs and seemed to really have his act together. Would have moved forward with him but we ended up having some other expenses that took priority before I could hire him.

They were fine budget wise and the only reason I didn't use them was because I was remodeling my kitchen at the time. They were prompt, gave me different pricing options, followed up with an email so their customer service was great.

The gentlemen knew their business. They were efficient. They were professional. They were clean and neat. Their services were/are affordable. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services.

These guys were as good as any we have come across. Both very knowledgeable, thoroughly professional and fair. No pretension. No presumption. Got to work. Finished fast and offered to come back and install the U-Verse equipment for free. Only wish we had more work for them to do.

Tim and Gary first came to give us an estimate for what we wanted to do. After receiving the estimate it was more than we wanted to spend so my husband was able to talk to them about some changes and they were very receptive. This is a job my husband was going to do himself originally, but it would have taken him 2 full weekends so this was so worth it for our family. They scheduled the job just a week or so out and arrived promptly, then worked until they finished. They are friendly, polite, and professional and when my husband came home later he went down to the basement and said"WOW" He was amazed at the excellent job they did. They cleaned up and it looks even better than we thought it would.

The service turned out excellent. I did buy a cable for $25 extra. They were very prompt, courteous, efficient and they did a great job.

They did a fantastic job of installing everything and took the time to make sure that I knew how to operate the equipment properly before they left. They were professional and tidy. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Our expectations were exceeded. For some time we have been looking for someone to help us integrate (and teach us how to use) all of this new technology. Tim and Gary were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgable. They responded to phone calls and emails the same day. Their price structure was very fair. In fact, we asked them several times if they were charging us enough, as we felt they delivered great value for our investment. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

Working with SYNC technology for my basement home theater really was a flawless endeavor. Gary and Tim were both absolutely friendly, professional, and very responsive to all our communications. After contacting Gary to discuss the project, he was at my house within a few days to discuss my options and budget, and came back with an itemized free estimate within a days.The project was agreed upon, and in about a week he and Tim were ready to install the home theater system (92 inch projector screen, HD projector, ceiling speakers, subwoofer, + apple TV/Receiver/blueray DVD/universal remote). We were blown away by the performance! Tim had the entire system hooked up to one remote, which with a touch of a button can turn on all the components and dim the lights. Its so easy to use, with unbelievable definition and sound capabilities. We love everything about it! The best part, since Tim and Gary were able to work efficiently without any bumps in the road, they charged us half the installation fee. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to revamp their home theater experience.

They arrived on time and did a great job hanging my 60" LED, I already had the mount. They also gave me an estimate for hooking up the rest of our boxes/cables/speakers. They were really knowledgeable and had some great options and ideas. However, I've never heard back from the last email I sent them because I had questions about some of the product they wanted to use. I might use them again if they were better communicating. ---update 9/23: They did a great job to reach back out and I'll use them as soon as I can.

It all went extremely well and they stayed within their original quote.

Tim Watts was very professional, on time, even brought a snow shovel because I told him my driveway had not been shoveled out yet! He gave me an estimate for the complete job, but, I could only get part of it done due to the Holidays. No problem, he came and did an incredible job and explained things to me that I was able to understand. I am an elderly woman who has little knowledge regarding electronics. I had paid Best Buy to install the system and was unable to use it. Tim went above and beyond, The mess that I had was depressing to look at. Now, thanks to Tim, I am enjoying the electronics. I highly recommend this company and they will be the company that completes the work. I know they will do the work that I am paying for and do a top notch job.
