SYNC Technology Integration

|This is the first time I have used them for work but will definitely be using them in the future. Excellent company that exceeded my expectations.

Scheduling went well and we communicated via email. He came out and gave us a quote for several things and the cost of what he did matched the initial estimate.

They contacted me right after I purchased the deal & came out. There was a mix up & I didn't receive the estimates. Gary sent them again & did the work yesterday. One of my speakers is not working & he said he would do some research to see if he could fix it.

We gave our obsolete TiVo unit to our daughter's family. Tim took the TiVo unit to her home in Speedway and did a very thorough job of integrating the old and the new technology so that the old unit is now functional on their smart TV. As we have come to know, Tim is very professional, knowledgable, flexible, comfortable and committed to creating an excellent technology experience. His fees are quite reasonable and he stays until the job is finished. We highly recommend this company.

It turned out very good. It was excellent and they were prompt. We purchased the big deal and they were in contact almost immediately. They showed up when they said they would. They got the job done in an hour and a half. They saved me a lot time in doing it for me. It was money well spent. The tech that came out is extremely knowledgeable. He zipped right through it. The TV that we purchased is a smart TV, which is also part computer. We could not be happier. I would use them again.

These guys are really, really good! I can't recommend them highly enough. They did exactly what they said they'd do. When I needed an adjustment, they were there the next day. I may do outdoor lighting and will be calling them.

Mounted a flat screen TV and connected an Apple TV and DVD player.

It went quite well. They were very knowledgeable.

I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We neglected to tell them that the mount would be above a fireplace in a hundred year old house, which makes the hiding of the cables and moving of outlets much more difficult. They found a solution and even offered to come back out and finish up once we get another project done in on the same wall. They also offered to work with our next contractor to ensure the cables/outlets would all be taken care of as well. Beyond just being skilled at what they do, they were also very knowledgable and personable. I have a difficult time watching people do work in my house without asking a bunch of questions, and they remained patient and answered everything I could think of. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very professional and efficient. Hired them to mount my tv and relocate power source. Got here right on time even though it was snowing and roads were bad. Came in, made sure the location of mounting was what I wanted, and was done in under 2 hours. Looks fantastic, would definitely recommend them.

Gary was on time and did a great job in a timely fashion. He installed the flat screen tv cleaned up and put everything back where it was. We will be calling him again for our future A/V needs

The work done was outstanding and quite impressive. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat. In fact, after I learned all they various home automation- related technologies they sell and install, I can see that as a very real possibility in the not-too-distant future. Tim (part owner) did the work at my house. He was thorough, quick but not rushed and had an obvious command of what he was doing. In addition he was friendly and his commitment to doing the job well evident from start to finish. If you are thinking of hiring someone to help install a home theater system or a part of one, on jobs of varying degrees of difficulty, on projects that are big, small, or in between or are interested in having an outfit that carries and installs some of the coolest home automation technology on the market then give this company a call and don't think twice about hiring them to do the work. They are a competent customer-conscience outfit with a large knowledge base with the ability to work on projects of all sizes. A solid company.

Tim and Gary were great! Gary communicated with me consistently via Angie's list direct connect and scheduled the free estimate. They arrived a little late, but called to let me know they would be. I received the estimate the same week and we proceeded with the job as quoted. We were able to squeeze the installation in before Thanksgiving and they completed it in less time than quoted. Tim provided excellent training on the new remote and SONOS system (which we LOVE!). We plan to add at least one other speaker so we can enjoy music upstairs as well. Mounting the TV above the fire place gave our living room a whole new look - even my husband loves the new layout. Thanks SYNC!

The guys from Sync did an EXCELLENT job with our project. Their price was very fair, and really made our move much easier by having our TV ready to go right away. They were extremely professional, knowledgable and timely, and i would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work! Worth every penny :-)

SYNC Technology Integration did an amazing job! We love the new look it gave our great room! Removing the piece of furniture that held the TV, satellite, blue ray, and wii gives so many more furniture arrangement options! Almost immediately after purchasing the Angie's Big Deal I received an email to get scheduled. Tim and Gary both came to our home in less than a week. They brought everything they needed. They gave us some options to choose between. They were so knowledgable and helpful. We decided to put everything in the closet beside the fireplace upon their advice. We didn't even know that would be an option. It makes everything look so clean and neat. No wires or boxes can be seen! They were very precise with measuring and centering the TV perfectly. They installed the mount and tilt. They also installed a new electric outlet in the closet. They were very professional in our home. They left everything clean. They were courteous and friendly. They were even very kind to our dog! We actually hired them to come back and install a sound bar. They did that just a few days ago and that service went great too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The overall experience with Sync Technology and the owners (Tim and Gary) was extremely satisfying. I met with both of them to discuss the type, color, shade, and size of the blinds we wanted for our home. They took plenty of time with me and explained all of the options, which were many. They then emailed me a day later and gave me a quote of what the cost would be for product and labor. I am very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and the products. We have used for them for home audio and several other projects in our home and we will continue to use them and refer them.

Tim and Gary offer professional grade service at very reasonable prices. They were prompt, courteous and delivered the install just as promised. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Gary & Tim are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help setting up any Audio Video system or Home theatre. They have great knowledge on a variety of different equipment, can quickly trouble shoot an issue and are honest, professional, and customer service oriented. Very reasonably priced for what they do.
