This is an absolutely terrific company! From the very first call, their attention to detail and dedication to customer service was evident. The first person I talked with really took the time to get the details of what I needed done and what my ideal time frame for the work would be. Steve came out and gave me an estimate just a few days after my call and provided a detailed written estimate of the work I was requesting, along with estimates on other services they could provide. The prices for everything were very reasonable, and I'll likely have them do some other projects in the years to come! I was truly impressed with the care that was taken in making sure that a sump pump drainage pipe was not damaged during the process of grinding up the tree roots in the vegetable beds. Steve took a photo of the area, and then Karli sent me a copy of the photo to have me mark the location of the pipe. The week the work was to be done was very wet and rainy; I expected things would be delayed, but to my surprise, a crew arrived at 7PM during a relatively dry window and completed the work on schedule! The crew that came out to do the work was professional and efficient. The results were great! My vegetable beds were ready to go and my tomatoes are now settling in nicely for the summer. I am also extremely appreciative that the company was willing to cut my lawn for the three weeks I was on vacation without having a contract for the full season. They worked me into the schedule for those weeks and Karli called to confirm the dates prior to my vacation. I came home to a beautifully groomed lawn instead of the overgrown mess that would have greeted me (not to mention angry neighbors) if I had let it go for three weeks! It is just so refreshing to work with a company where everyone is so invested in quality work and customer service! I will definitely be using them again!

Their price was reasonable. They have a good sized team, they work quickly, but efficiently, and they were quick to respond. They were good at answering questions that we had.

They did their last cutting in October, and they do a very good job. They have been very responsive to our needs. They are dependable, they come when they are supposed to, and they do what they are supposed to. They do a good job with the yard. They say they will blow the weeds and that is what they do.

They were both on time and professional. We were impressed with the both the service and the owner himself who did the estimate. We plan to use them again this year for clean up and additional work we want done.

They are on Angie's List and I had an awesome experience with them. Steve Stavros is a super guy who is very detail oriented. The crew is great and I was extremely pleased. I felt the price was reasonable, but did not do a lot of other checking. The quality was excellent.

They show up and got to work and did a very nice job in a short amount of time. It looked great after they were done. Like a whole new area. Next spring it will look beautiful. Very nice guy and do very good work. Will be using again in the spring for more work.

We had been the only people on the block who's lawn did not survive the drought. They did an exelant job completely removed all of the dead yard. Brought it clean fill dirt to level the entire thing then graded and planted seed. They even did all of this in less time than anticipated.

I saw their ad in the Angie's List packet of materials I am sent and called this company to clean my gutters. It was excellent, they were very thorough. In addition to cleaning the gutters they did not just leave the debris below, they cleared it out. They did the job during the day while I was at work, but I came back and it was all blown out. It was a clean job.

It did not go well. There were two people doing the work and they were here less than thirty minutes. Prior to their arrival, I was required to have all underground utilities marked, which I did since this seemed like a reasonable request. However, they seemed to ignore these markings and consequently severed my Comcast cable which Comcast was not able to repair until Sunday morning, leaving me without cable for two and a half days. Steve Stavros called the next morning and was very sincerely apologetic, but provided no relief otherwise. Aside from this, it appears that the aeration was done well, but considering that this task was not very complicated and this field appears to be quite competitive, I would probably go elsewhere before using them again.

They were very professional and completed the work in about a day. They offer reasonable prices. It was pretty easy to schedule the appointment with them.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They worked very efficiently and even the owner came out to help them the work. One side of the grass was near the house so they could not use the equipment, they ended up doing the work by hand and still did a great job. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and hosed off the driveway. I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t expect them to put the grass seed down, but they are going to do that as well as with the straw. They will also put down soil to take in the place of the erosion that had occurred in my yard. Their estimate was very in line with what I expected. I was going to call my local nursery for the work, but their price included all of the additional work that I did not expect. I was very pleased with the price. They were very pleasant and nice to deal with.

They did a very good job. They were very professional and timely. He was there the entire time supervising his staff in what to do. They improved our yard and it didn't take them that long for everything they did. Pricing was also good. I would use them again to do mulching.

Establishing services with Stavros was easy. They came to give me an estimate of all their services, including putting down mulch. They left a contract with their pricing at my home, allowing me to pick the services that I would like to have. I only had to return the contract to them, and they started services right away. They have come to maintain my lawn twice now, and it has been excellent. I do think the additional services seem a bit high priced, so I didn't sign up for them right away. I have a very small yard here in Carmel, and paid a similar price where I moved from which had 2 acres to maintain. To be fair, I am not sure if the markets are different. I am going to wait to see when I need the additional services and decide later as to whether or not to sign up for those (leaf removal, mulch installation, hedge/bush trimming specifically). I would recommend Stavros, however, based on the services that they have performed for me to date.

Immediately after we requested a quote for the above mentioned services, we were contacted by the company owner, Steve. He scheduled the quote within a couple of days. Our quote included all of the possible services we would need through out the year. Steve was very nice and professional, walking through our yard and explaining the benefits of each service (as we are relatively new homeowners with no yard work experience). He even let us know how often he would recommend each service (i.e.: fertilization, etc.). When we called to schedule the landscaping and weekly mowing, the crew came out right away to mow. The gentlemen are fast and efficient, even taking the time to blow leaves into the yard to be mulched/picked up by the lawn mower. A couple of weeks after Stavros started their mowing services, a crew came and completed the rest of the items we had contracted for the yard. They were very fast and completed everything in one day, although it was close to 100 degrees outside. They even rang the doorbell to see if I wanted to inspect their work before they left. A couple of times I had some questions and called the company number. Even though it was after hours, Steve called back immediately and made sure my questions were answered. He took the time to call and give me specific watering instructions and even drove by to inspect the work of his screw. We have been NOTHING BUT HAPPY with this company and I've already recommended them to a coworker and our neighbor (who had noticed the excellent work). Steve and his crew are absolutely amazing and we will continue to use them for all of our landscaping and yard work needs!

It went exactly as promised. We have used Stavros for all improvements over the past 5 years or so. They never disappoint.
