I called her to schedule appointments for the coupon and she mentioned that she was ill and was not scheduling any cleanings.

It has been a challenge to get the work completed. She does not return phone calls. You always get her voicemail and she very rarely will call you back. She has no called and no showed for appointments. She has very bad customer service and even mentioned that it was my responsibility to get in contact with her.

I am extremely frustrated and would rather just have my money back at this time. I have tried on several occasions and needed my house cleaned and have never been able to take advantage of this!! Very upset with this!

It was very ogranized and very clean. They were very thorough. They were on-time and did a great job.

We had a bit of a scheduling problem do to family issues, but they were very professional the whole time and kept me up to date with why and when changes where made. When they did do the house cleaning everything went great.

I scheduled a time for the first cleaning session that I needed prior to a party that I was having. She called me and told me that they had a scheduling conflict and they couldn't come. I said that wasn't acceptable, and they changed some things around and made it work, but they were an hour late. After the cleaning I noticed that they missed cleaning the base boards and other things, they said that it wasn't in the standard cleaning. I showed them my contract that said it was deep cleaning and they stated that they didn't have enough time to do all of that. So the owner miscommunicated to the cleaners of what type of cleaning it was supposed to be. I contacted her and told her about how dissatisfied I was and she said that she would refund half of the the price back to me since they only did one cleaning and that it would have to come through Angie's List. I am still waiting on my refund and I just found out that it has to come from the the company. I feel I need to respond to the provider's note below. I want to clarify that what I bought were two "deep cleanings". I bought exactly what I wanted....and expected...not what the owner claims below. When I questioned the ladies after they had cleaned, they told me they were not told it was a deep cleaning and they were very upset with the owner. When I contacted the owner and indicated my concern she volunteered to refund the second of the two cleanings and indicated it would come from Angies List. After waiting two months I contacted Angies List. They told me the refund needed to come from the owner. When the owner read my review she contacted me and was upset that I had contacted Angies List and for the poor review. She then indicated that I would NOT be receiving any refund, which she had promised. In my mind this is extremely poor customer service. I have never had a bad experience with Angies List offers until now. I really cant believe the attitude of this individual.

..After purchasing the two cleaning special, I called to schedule an appointment. An appt was scheduled about 3 weeks from call. Felicia called a day or two in advance and rescheduled. The next appt was at 3 p.m. I left work at 2 p.m. and she never showed or called and I took off work for nothing. When I reached her, her father was in the hospital and so I let it go. She said she would work me in at my convenience. I called approximately two weeks ago and she stated she would be having surgery but her sister/daughter would clean. She was at her Dad's visiting and she would call me back to reschedule later that same day. I have yet to hear from her and at this point I am requesting a refund.

The housecleaning was scheduled for 9-9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 18. No show. Despite two phone calls to inquire what the heck was going on, I got no answer. This was an Angie's Big Deal offer. Looking at other reviews, this woman took on more than she could handle.

They were scheduled to come out on 8/20. She called and left me a message at my work number but I didn't get it until the next day since I wasn't at work. She said she would contact me to reschedule and still has yet to do so. I sent her an email with an additional phone number but still no response.

They rescheduled me 4 times. They were good yet not thorough. They missed alot. Very personal and efficient. They could be great. I asked them for an estimate on bi-weekly cleaning and they never got back with me. They also promised me a gift cert. for the scheduling snafu never got that.

I purchased the Angie's List big deal for 2 deep cleanings for $179.We scheduled August 9 for the cleaning. Felicia and her girls arrived within the window she scheduled and worked very quickly - did a very nice job covering 1800 square feet on our main floor and some additional square footage, stairs and a bathroom on our second story. For these areas I had another provider charge $100, so the "big deal" wasn't a super huge discount for me, but my other cleaner sold her business and moved to Florida. This allowed me to try a new provider. The girls were very courteous and did not dally. I am pregnant and one of the girls warned that I should probably not be near the cleaners they were using, which was very thoughtful. Also, I received a phone call and Felicia did not turn on the vacuum while I was on the phone - very courteous. We scheduled our second cleaning at the end of the appointment.

There were a couple of phone calls to get the initial appointment set up. There was a failure on their part to show on the original date. We called and she said she didn't have us on her books for that day. We rescheduled. My wife was very non-confrontational at that point. We wanted to keep a good relationship with the company. My wife called the Saturday before the newly rescheduled Monday that they were supposed to come, to verify the appointment again. The morning of the appointment, they canceled again because they said it would be too far to drive. We had even agreed to pay the extra $15 travel fee they said it would cost. There is no positive portion of the experience I can relate to. She had three opportunities to realize where our house was and decide that it was too far, but waited until the morning of the rescheduled appointment to notify us that it was too far for her to drive (16 miles south of Indianapolis/I465). They did call to cancel which we could have just been waiting all day for them, but we had family coming the next day. We had set up the cleaning well in advance for when our company would be here.

I teach and the only time I could have them do this service was after 3pm. I called them and they told me they don't work after 3:30pm. So I just called Angie's List for a refund. They didn't return my phone call when I called them a second time.

They operate with voicemail; so there is no one to take calls. Felicia Gerard, the owner eventually called back and explained the service and scheduled an appointment to come out for August 2nd at 10 AM. And that was the last we heard. No call and no show, so after failing to arrive, we continued to call several times. We thought they might have run into a problem to explain being late. So we left multiple messages to follow up with them, but still there is no returned call.

I signed up for one of the Angie's Big Deals, which was supposed to be "4 Hours of Deep Professional Housecleaning". By using the term deep cleaning, I understood it to be over and above a regular maintenance cleaning which you would have done every other week or so. However, their intention was just that, a routine cleaning. I have a small 2 bedroom home and they were finished in an hour. They were an hour and a half late for the appointment because the client before had an extra large house. Therefore, I paid the same for one hour as someone that took more than the advertised 4 hours. The girls did a very good job and I don't blame them for the misunderstanding. However, I will be very cautious of ever signing up again for a Big Deal. And I will ask lots of questions up front to be sure what I am getting for my money. The amount I have paid in the past for cleaning my home has been $70. The only reason I signed up was for the additional cleaning I thought I was getting.

I bought the Big Deal on the first day it was released. I called immediately to schedule service for the following week to help me out because I was expecting out-of-town guests. Felicia said she would call me back in 10 minutes when she had her appointment book with her. She did not call back. I called her by the end of the day. By then she was booked solid and could no longer fit me in. I hired Cleaning by Kris (excellent service) instead who came to my house a few days before my out-of-town guests and got my house in order. Kris charged me her regular rate of $80 to do the same work Felicia would do on a Big Deal offer for $99. Meanwhile I told Felicia that I would not cancel the Big Deal coupon and hold on to it instead for another time. This week I tried calling Felicia to reschedule. It always went into voicemail. When she called me back, (often hours later), I was on the phone (as it is my job to be on the phone a lot). In the end it was just too time consuming and frustrating to even get scheduled with Felicia. And when I said I would just cancel the Big Deal, she started getting argumentative with me and telling me that I need to understand her situation. Actually, I do understand. She's not quite equipped to be in the Big Leagues (no receptionist) and should limit the number of Big Deals she sells so that she can accommodate the members in a timely and professional manner.

I took advantage of the Big Deal offered by Spin & Span in order to get ready for company this week and to shop for a new cleaning company. I couldn't be more pleased. The owner, Felicia, is very cordial and has an easy-going, communicative, professionalism. It's refreshing. When the two employees arrived today they were courteous, well dressed and very thorough. They even went "Above and Beyond" and cleaned a wall in the kitchen and some cabinets that were victim to a coke can mishap that had left them a sticky, streaked mess. They look good as new. They were diligent with the pet hair (two dogs and a cat) that was hiding everywhere as well. The furniture is now dusted and glossy and the kitchen is beautiful. They even cleaned the utility room and the wood staircase risers in the entry hall, which I had told them they didn't have to do if they didn't have time. They finished in less than the two prescribed hours and were genuinely pleased that I was happy. I will be using them as my regular housekeepers. This was a great "no pressure" way to try out a new cleaning company - nice idea Angie! And Spic & Span - you get five stars!

It went very well, I am very pleased with the way the house was cleaned. I got an email about one of the deals, made a phone call, set up the appointment, they showed up on time and did a very good job.

Had two homes cleaned. On the first one I used the "Angies Deal" which was for the house where we are currently living. On the other one I could not use the "Angies Deal" becaise it did not qualify since it was vacant. It was a little pricey, but I decided that it was worth it since they did an outstanding job. The gals who came were very nice and worked things out so that both houses could be clean for weekend guests. I would recommend them and would have them again

We purchased the Anglie's List Big Deal for $99 for 4 hours of Deep Professional Housecleaning. It took a week to get a reply and when we set up the appointment, we were told we must pay a $15 fee for traveling to south Indianapolis. We were also told to have all items picked up from floor. I didn't know you had to clean your own house before getting a deep clean. We cancelled our appointment and will not consider using this company again.

I will never use or recommend this company.

I phoned the owner to confirm the cleaning and discovered that she had been just released from the hospital that morning, but the cleaning crew would be there at the agreed time. The cleaning crew did arrive, though late. I discovered that day that the tenant's cat had moved on but the fleas had not and the crew declined to clean and that was certainly reasonable. We rescheduled (for after treating for the fleas), the crew arrived on time and we went over what was expected. I stayed away while they cleaned and walked through the house when they said they were finished. I was told the white carpet's traffic areas (they did not use a commercial machine) would not come clean and the half bath toilet was too badly stained to come clean. I respected their report. The next day I went to the house to do some other work and discovered that the microwave had not been cleaned. I treated the toilet with a common toilet cleaner and the stains came right out. I phoned the owner to let her know what had happened. She said that I had received an "awesome cleaning". I do not agree. I did not ask, nor expect the crew to return or a monetary adjustment to be made. I cleaned the toilet and microwave. I hired another company to re-clean the carpet in two of the three bedrooms.

From the moment I initially called, Felica was very accomodating in setting up an appointment. Friendly, courteous and proficient. She asked to meet me at my house on a specific day & time where I'd walk her through my home and tell her of my expectations and she would then give me an estimate. If I felt her price was too high I was under no obligation and she would leave at no cost to me. Arriving on time, she wrote out an estimate for me which I felt was reasonable and they immediately started to work. She brought a crew of 2 (so 3 total) and they divided up each doing what they do best. In a few hours she called to tell me their job was done and asked if I would inspect it before they left. I was happy to accomodate and found my home spotless!

We love Spic & Span! We have used them several times now. The quality of work is great and very fairly priced. Highy recommend them!

I called for an estimate and no one showed up. I do not understand how this company has an A rating. This is not acceptable. No one called to state a delay or need to reschedule. Simply disappointing.
