Description of Work: When I sent an email to schedule, I received no response. When I called to schedule, I was told someone had been hospitalized and I should call back Oct 29th. I asked if I should call back rather than the business call me and I was told I had to call back. I asked if the expiration would be extended as it was Nov 16th and no one needs two heavy duty cleanings in 16 days. the answer was she had no idea. When I called back to schedule I was told to call Angie's List as this company wouldn't be working with them any more and I would need to get my refund from Angie. Everyone has life problems but the lack of professionalism in handling the problems is what earned this company an F from me. Angie's List was professional in handling this situation.

Description of Work: I didn't use the service and requested and received a refund on my "big deal" purchase. I believe the proprietor oversold her services on the "big deal " offer. I bought in July but waited until early Sept. to try to schedule . First I got no response at all to a phone call voice message, then I sent an email through the Angie's list website which received a prompt response. The response was that she was booked through until October so I went ahead and scheduled for the first week of October. That appointment came and went with no show/no call no nothing . I checked the Angie's list site again and some recent reviews were similar to my experience and she appeared to have excuses as illness in the family, illness / surgery herself etc. I understand that theses things happen but she continued to schedule work she couldn't perform or provide and then didn't notify ,so I requested my refund.

Description of Work: I asked for my money back. I called the company and thought the woman was rude. I called on a Saturday thinking I would get a voicemail, a woman answered and told me she was cooking dinner and I needed to call her on Monday. She then told me I would be lucky to get someone in before the end of the next month. I do not know about the quality of the services but I did not believe she was very customer friendly so I asked for my money back from Angie's List

Description of Work: i purchased this big deal and had to cancel my first appointment because i delivered my baby. felicia called 10 minutes before she was supposed to be there on the second appointment and cancelled, saying she had to have shoulder surgery. i said i understood and we rescheduled again for 1 month later. after no one showed up by 9:15 - they were supposed to be there at 9 - i called felicia and she said she was sorry but had still not recovered from surgery and had to again reschedule. 2 cancellations with no notice was enough for me. i told her i was upset and thought the lack of contact was ridiculous. she responded that if i wanted my house cleaned then i should clean it myself. i was appalled that any business owner would speak to a customer that way. i definitely will never use this service in the future.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for two separate deep cleaning sessions and called to make an appt. The owner answered and said she would have to call me back that night, as she was in the middle of a job. I gave her my number. No phone call came. Several days later, I called her again, and she said she had lost my number, but would call me that night. I gave her my number again, but no call came. Finally I called her on the week-end and after lots of excuses, she did schedule me for two separate dates of cleaning. The morning of the first day they were more than an hour and a half late with no phone call. I tried to call them, but no response. The two girls did a nice job of cleaning and were very nice -- they said the owner was supposed to have called me. They vacuumed, mopped, dusted, did shower, toilet and sink, etc. -- my whole downstairs. This morning they were scheduled for part two, and I just had a bad feeling so I called to confirm they were coming. The owner answered and said that they were not coming, as she was scheduled for surgery tomorrow. I said I understood that, but why no phone call??? She said that Angie's List was supposed to call me about her situation. She said they could come after the 15th (in two weeks). I told her that I did not want to do business with her anymore, as they were too unreliable for me. Even if I am not able to get any of my money back on this deal, I would rather never have to deal with this company again. I found them to be very flakey and irresponsible. I cannot recommend them. P.S. Once they start cleaning, they are great. But it is not worth the hassle of trying to get them to your house!

Description of Work: They never came and I haven't heard back from anyone. I called Monday when they failed to show and was told owners father was rushed to the hospital that morning and she would get back with me. I can understand that but not contacting me at all is unexcusible. Linda Crawford

Description of Work: Spic and span cleaning has done a wonderful job cleaning our home. We have use them over the past year and they are exptremely accommodating and professional. My house looks great. I was very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.

Description of Work: I was hoping for DEEP cleaning. What I got is what I've experienced in the past as NORMAL cleaning. They did clean the baseboards when I asked them to. I was expecting 2 girls for 2 hours each. ($25/hr/girl) What I got was 2 girls for 1 hour. Perhaps the offer would be better utilized by someone in a larger home than mine. They seemed to be efficient and were nice to be with.

Description of Work: Complete house cleaning after kitchen remodeling was complete. She called when she was on the way to confirm that we were still available for the estimate. Felicia gave me an estimate for the initial job and for future services.
