SPIC & SPAN CLEANING SERVICES

Felicia and two other ladies arranged a time to come provide the service, arrived when agreed upon and got to work promptly. All of the items on the list were completed as advertised. We have a small dog who watched curiously and the ladies were not bothered a bit by her presence and nibbing. They asked questions when needed, did a few extras we asked for and did it all with our satisfaction in mind. I would not hesitate to use Spic & Span again.

For 1 1/2 years, I was very happy with the weekly housecleaning from Felicia and Chanteah. But for reasons that they are not telling me, they have not cleaned my home in 2 1/2 months. In these past 10 weeks, they have called twice to tell me they were not coming. The other weeks were "no-shows" without their calling. I canceled only once due to my sick child at home and didn't want them to get ill. Eventually, I called them to see why there were not coming, but had to leave a message. They didn't respond until the next week. A week later, Felicia sent an e-mail to say they had family problems, but they would be here the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. The didn't call or show up on that Wednesday or the following Wednesday. For whatever reasons, they don't want to clean my home. That is fine. I just wish that they could be honest and explain why they are not coming and not say that they will be coming but then not show up or call. Being a weekly customer for 1 1/2 years, I am very disappointed in their follow-up. I have debated on writing this because I did consider them to be almost like family. I wish them well in light of the family and/or health problems that have seemed to arise. But they should communicate with their clients every time a problem comes up. I feel that there may be other customers that should be aware of the lack of communication and commitment from Spic & Span Housecleaning. Honesty is always the best policy.

They were to be here yesterday and they have yet to show up. I then called them and they did not return my call either. The price above is what I was quoted for this job, I have a 3 bedroom ranch but they were only cleaning 2 bedrooms.

I gave her directions to my house, and she was supposed to call when she was on her way, but she never called. So later she sent me an email and said that she tried to call and no one answered, and I told her she didn't call, and there was no message on the answering machine. Then she said she was sorry, but she called the wrong number. I found that this was pretty consistent with what the other reports said about her, and so I discontinued our arrangement.

Felicia and her sister, Chauntea, deep cleaned the downstairs area of my home (approx. 2,000 sq. ft.). They did a wonderful job. We had a water leak in our home which affected our wood floors and also necessitated drywall work. The Spic & Span ladies came in and dusted all baseboards, doors, and the stairs, and just did a fantastic job of cleaning all the rooms downstairs. And I have to give a special thank you to Chauntea who made my wood floors look like new again. Both ladies were a pleasure to have in my home.

The ladies arrived on time and got right to work. They started upstairs and worked their way down. This was the first time we have ever had a deep cleaning, and we definitely were long over due. Everything went like clockwork and I was very happy with the results.

I was very impressed with the ladies that came over. Their prices were right on target with what I thought they would be. I liked the owner quite a bit and they were right on time coming out. I look forward to working with them.

I found Felicia from the list after I fired my previous company for being horrible. She knew it was a short term contract but she put her all into it every week.

They did a thorough cleaning. It goes very well, they're a very competent company. Their prices are reasonable, no complaints. They're always on time and do what they should.

I am very pleased. From the first time I talked to Felicia on the phone, I knew she would be great. She is a very real and normal trustworthy person. She gave me a fair quote and explained everything they would do and what cleaning products they used up front. She also asked if there were any special requests and the few things I mentioned, she paid close attention to and wrote them down. I was thrilled with the first cleaning and appreciate all the extras they did. I highly recommend them.

They did a very good job. They were very prompt and they did exactly what they said that they were suppose to. The price was very reasonable and they were very easy to work with.

The team of three women did a very comprehensive job cleaning our home. They are thorough, for example, picking up items when dusting rather than dusting around them. They are very flexible on arranging their schedule, as well as, conscientious about our time. The team was also very personable and enjoyable to be around.

I called and made an appointment to have Felicia come and give me an estimate. She asked me to email her and confirm the date, time and a phone number when I could be reached, which I did that day (a Monday). The appointment was for Wed. She didn't show up. I thought it was odd so I called the following day to see what happened. Felicia said she had it in her appointment book on the wrong day. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and had her come for the estimate. Even though I had given her instructions, she called and said she was lost so I gave the instructions again. She walked through the house and provided an estimate of $160 for a first-time cleaning, but agreed to give me a 10% discount for the mix-up in the appointment. We then setup a date for a few weeks later to clean. She arrived with her sister (they got lost again) and did a fairly thorough job. When they were finished, Felicia asked me to walk around and check things out. They did miss cleaning part of the downstairs bathroom, which they fixed once I mentioned it. Also, I noticed an area underneath the bathroom stall shower where mildew tends to build up was missed (I didn't see that until after they were gone). A few things that I would like different next time would be maybe a different cleaner on the bathroom floor. When I walked on it with my bare feet, it was sticky for several days. The other thing I noticed was that in some places the dusting wasn't as good as it could be.

I called her earlier in the week. She was at a cleaning, but she took my information and we agreed on a time later that week. I was waiting and when I hadn't heard from her after about 20 minutes after our scheduled time for the estimate, I called her. She had no idea who I was and did not remember scheduling the appointment. I said that was fine and that was the end of it. She did call me back about 5 minutes later and apologized numerous times, stating that she usually asks to have the information emailed to her when she is at a cleaning. That was nice of her to call me back, but I have had bad experiences with a couple of house cleaners and now I go by first- impressions.

Scheduled a time for an estimate over the phone and was asked to send address, phone, etc and the agreed upon time to them via email. Thought that was a little odd that I had to remind them of the time of our appointment. That appointment had to be rescheduled and it was the second appointment where they never showed up to give the estimate. I didn't receive a call explaining or notifying me of the need to reschedule.

Felicia and her sister cleaned my 3000 square foot home and did an exceptional job. They are very thorough and attentive to detail. They are both very pleasant, professional and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service they provide. I've already scheduled regular bi-weekly cleanings.

Very well. Felicia came to give me an estimate within two days of my contacting her and they were able to clean the house in within five days of the quote. They showed up on time, worked steadily for about four hours and were anxious to make sure they were doing the work according to my wishes. I felt very comfortable with both of them and they were understanding about how I hadn't been able to keep up with the house due to health issues. Felicia mentioned several times that I should let them know anytime if something was missed and it would be corrected. Her price for the initial cleaning was fair and we agreed they would clean once a month.

Felicia brought her sister and mother to help. They arrived promptly, worked hard, and I was very happy with the results. Very close attention to detail. I'll definitely have them back, and have recommended Felicia to friends.

Felicia, her sister and daughter did an excellent job cleaning our home. They are professional, efficient and honest. I was amazed at the job they did in the bathrooms! The showers/tubs have not been this clean since we moved in. They did an excellent job and I would refer them to my closest friends.

I'm new to the area and tried a few different services for special occasions, but was never wowed. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I called Spic and Span and was pleased when they were able to come by and get an estimate done very quickly. Felicia and her sister are awesome ladies - it's a pleasure to have them in my home. Aside from that, they do a very nice job cleaning and are genuinely interested in how they're doing. I've never felt uncomfortable asking a question or making a comment because they are usually asking my opinion FIRST.

We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use these ladies again! They worked fast and efficiently. I e-mailed Felicia on Memorial Day weekend with a desperate plea because I was having out of town guests the next weekend. Not only did she reply on this holiday weekend, she came out for a quote on Tuesday and did the cleaning on Thursday (despite a packed schedule already in a short work week!). They were supposed to clean our garage refrigerator but forgot. Felicia realized it before I did and e-mailed with an apology and offer to clean it the next visit as well as offering a discount. Talk about great customer service! Another thing I like is that all of their work is done themselves or by the occasional help of their mom and/or Felicia's daughter. No contract or subs. You'll always know what you're getting!

Felicia and her sister seemed to be very committed to doing a great job. They very both very polite and nice. They worked diligently from start to finish. I can't wait to have them back for biweekly service.

It was even better than I expected. The team did a wonderful job. In fact my 8 year old daughter upon seeing her room, said to me, "Mommy you have to come see my room. Its never been this clean before". Felicia called before she came and was prompt and friendly and the house looked as great as they promised.
