Went Well, so far, so good. If they need to saw into the foundation, I suggest taking extra interior precautions to keep the dust at bay. Considering the size of the job, they kept mess and dust to a minimum. Nice folks and all business. Came when they said they would and did what they said they would. I would hire again.

Rod and his sons were great! They were professional and fast. Rod also gave us some additional advice on how to fix a water issue in our basement that was not related to the window. We really appreciated his help and excellent work.

Spencer construction has done so many projects for my family. I have been using Rod Spencer and sons for many years. They have worked on 3 homes I have had from building a swimming pool deck , painting the inside and outside of the home to installing doors and screen doors to remodeling our whole kitchen from the sub floor up including new everything like counter tops to cabinets and new farm sink. The Spencer’s are very responsible and on time to each job I’ve had them do. I have recommended Spencer and his sons to my family and friends and they have installed a toilet at my mothers home and a couple projects she had, and my brother used them to build a concrete pad for there hot tub .

Rod was reliable and did excellent work on our custom built sunroom. He used good quality materials with great craftsmanship to make a beautiful room we love. He was able to generate a unique room design to give us the high windows we wanted and flow seamlessly into the existing house. Great job, highly recommended.

Rod and Lee Spencer can do ANYTHING! I can not explain how wonderful it was to have trustworthy and honest people in my home for that length of time and to never once have to point out anything wrong or settle for anything less than the best! They are so considerate, that they cleaned up after themselves each and everyday. They were on the door at 8:00 am. each day, or would start and finish per your request. They watched after my dog, my kid, and my home if and when I could not stay there. I have never felt more safe and comfortable with contractors (and believe me, I have gone through many) in my home while I was not there. When considering quality over speed, take the quality. Getting things done fast, means mistakes. You still have to pay for them and live with them. These guys are not fast, but they sure are QUALITY! There just seems to be nothing they can't handle. Spread the word, the Spencer Men are AWESOME !
